Customer Reviews
Car shipped from New York to the Midwest. Communication and delivery was great, very professional. Driver went over everything about the car. Would highly recommend.

i bought 2 cars at the Mecum car auction in Arizona on 3-8-24 . reliable transport had a booth set up to offer their delivery services for auction participants. I hired reliable to deliver both cars to South Carolina a cost of $5500 paid up front. As of today 3-22-24. i have no idea when my cars will go on a truck. Reliable did validate that they have my cars in their storage facility today but still do not have a scheduled pick up or load date that they could share. apparently i have to wait til more cars are scheduled to come to SC before they will load a truck. If you want your cars quickly or you want a reasonable schedule/plan. Reliable may not be your best option. First class pricing with no service or communication to support the pricing. They did say that i could line up other transport if i needed them faster or wanted a guaranteed schedule, however i would owe them for storage and security on my cars while they have been at their location. What a great feeling that gives me. I will give updates on this thread regularly to tell how this story unfolds, i realize all businesses have problems, but what a good business does when it has identified a problem , separates them from a bad business. WE WILL SEE... hopefully the Reliable business manager LAUREN A. will make a comment one way or the other while we are in real time. or she may wait til they finally get delivered then offer a response.

I needed to get my 1972 Road Runner from my house to a paint shop about 30 miles away for some touch-ups. The paint shop said they could get to it if I could have them the car within a few days as they were slow. If not, then it would be next month. I contacted Damon at Reliable. He had a driver at my house the next day. Brandon arrived with a small appropriate sized trailer for the pickup. He spent a great deal of time inspecting the car and taking many photos of it and the defects. He sent these photos to me and we agreed on the condition of the car. Several weeks later when the paint work was complete, the shop called me up to say the car was done and that it would be best if I could take the car as soon as possible since they did not want anything to happen to the fresh paint. A quick morning call to Damon got Brandon to the paint shop by 1pm. Once more he performed a very detailed inspection, loaded the car, and we both drove off. Because of a recent snow storm, the road to my house was slushy and the driveway was icy. I was reluctant to have the car unloaded in either spot! However Brandon said not to worry, he has seen worse. He negotiated the narrow icy driveway and backed up just about right to the garage door. I just needed to drive the car a few feet. Mission accomplished. Damon and Brandon were a great help to me. I had the constraint of the paint shop scheduling and the difficult weather conditions and Damon and Brandon really delivered on the "Reliable" promise. Additionally I believe the pricing was fair and appropriate for the task at hand. I certainly would use Reliable in the future.

ZERO STARS! Please do not use this company! We just had our Shelby GT500 transported back to us after having a package put on it at Shelby American in Las Vegas. Shelby basically told us we needed to use reliable because of how low the car now is with the new carbon front splitter. Well when we got it back as they unloaded it the lady from Reliable climbed through the car window... a $150k car mind you. Then we notice 2 of our brand new $2500 each rims that Shelby American just put on have deep scratches. I contacted reliable they said it was already like that etc etc so we're out $5k for two rims not to mention the whole climbing through the window crap. I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!

Reliable Carriers could not have done a better job shipping my classic VW Beetle from California to Oregon. Paul was communicative and was able to pick up the car 2 days after the earliest pick up day I designated. We agreed upon a meet-up spot where he could maneuver his truck, and the very next day I had my vehicle in perfect condition.
I was initially worried reading other reviews mentioning communication and delay issues. I think these issues are common to the transport industry, but I did not experience any difficulties. I would 100% use them again for closed auto transport.
My wife special ordered and took delivery of a new M3 in Ohio and needed it moved to AZ. Reliable Carriers was paid in full on July 14, 2021 and as of August 13th, the car had not been assigned to a driver or scheduled for pickup.
I booked alternative enclosed transport and requested a refund from Reliable. I will give Reliable credit for above average communication and for processing my refund promptly.
I really wanted the best equipment and handling of the vehicle that I've heard Reliable delivers. My backup transport broker had the load assigned to a carrier the same day I booked the order. A thorough review of the pending transport will happen.
Take my payment. Don't bother calling. Don't bother communicating. Don't bother doing anything that resembles customer service. I call in. They act all angry and annoyed that I'm even calling. Tell me that on the invoice it states 1-5 weeks, and that I'm supposed to sit here and guess when they'll arrive. Request refund. Terrible company. Terrible people. Complete lack of customer service.
