After being left on hold for over 20 minutes, I was finally “helped” by one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever spoken to. She was short, dismissive, and acted like my questions about my vehicle were an inconvenience. No timeline, no guaranteed pickup date, no actual help—just attitude. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers’ time or money. If this is how they treat paying clients, I can only imagine how they handle the vehicles they’re supposed to be transporting. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Roadway Shipping was extremely helpful and professional all the way through the first phone call to the delivery of my vehicle. I had car shipped from Michigan to Texas and the communication between Roadway Shipping and the car dealership was extremely helpful as was the communication from Roadway Shipping to me. I hope Roadway Shipping develops an ongoing relationship with the car dealership as they were equally impressed as well. Thank you Paula and Cristian for safely delivering my car with friendly customer service. I would use this company again if I had to.
