Heinrich Stroedike bid $650 to ship my motorcycle. Then wasted 3 days of my time arranging a shipment while I declined other bids. Then I had to start paying storage fees at the seller location. Then Heinrich ghosted me. Then Secure Auto Shipping said it would cost $825. I was hostage at that point and had to get the bike moved. I paid for enclosed shipping and my motorcycle shows up in the back of a pickup truck.

My name is Jacob.I booked to transport my car from Seattle to Dallas through patrick@securewaytransport on September 12 ,2023.The driver didn't come at the arranged time to pick up my car.I extended it again because of the request of Patrick.It was also not successful.So I cancelled his service. He sent a message that I can't cancel the service.I arranged broadway transportation to pick up my car .After few days I noticed that Patrick charged $207 from my credit card.He was not ready to refund the money and also argued to keep the money.At last I was gone through credit card dispute to get money back.Don't trust this agent.He will try to cheat you.

We have used Ross Abraham from Secure Auto Shipping on several occasions getting both of our sons cars to school. He is extremely professional and thorough. Many times I called and left messsages, if he cant respond right away, I always get a text from him informing me when he will call me back. He/we always have access to dispatch if we have any specific questions about the delivery (some drivers dont speak English fluently). All our cars have always arrived in great shape.

BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! THEY HAD MY 2021 G WAGON Stolen!!! No response from them for three days and now they wont answer the phone. Mike was our contact and he didn't even know any thing that was going on. We were passed to Mindy which she was really nice but a lot of talk. No response besides no one is answering and cant get any one on the phone. We asked to speak with the Oscar the supervisor and now they're blocking our calls. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Our 2021 Mercedes G550 was stolen underneath their direction and can't even get a call back or update. PATHETIC Company and people need to know they lost my $180,000 truck.

*****if you are a driver do not accept any loads form this company.***** they do not pay the drivers. they say 15 days to pay and then you will never hear from them. you call the office and all they do is transfer calls around and no one ever answers. i have yet to be paid for a load of $1100.

READ BEFORE YOU PASS JUDGMENT. This is my honest review, and my story regarding my experience with Secure Auto Shipping. My name is Matt, and I am a student at Umass Amherst. I love cars, and happened to buy a 2002 Subaru Impreza RS a few weeks ago from facebook marketplace. The car was about an hour away from my hometown and needed to be towed so I could repair in my garage. (Plus, I don't know manual.) Anyways, I ended up getting a call from Mike Moss after putting my phone number into a website requesting a shipping quote. From the start he had always been very direct and communicative with me about the price and timeframe for my car to be shipped. Anyways, the day comes when I have to pay the deposit. I pay it, and only AFTER DOING SO did I look at Yelp and see all of the awful experiences people have had. So in this moment, I was kinda worried now thinking that Mike was gonna ghost me and take my deposit with no tow showing up on the day it was supposed to be there. Well, I called Mike, (I was already pissed off), and he answered. I told him how sketchy this all seemed and basically asked him if he was gonna scam me. He essentially assured me I could count on him. I was still skeptical. The day of the tow comes, and other than the driver being late and postponing a few hours, it went off without a hitch. Communication was seamless with both the driver and Mike at all times, the car was not damaged at all and was delivered to my house the same day. I believe it comes more down to the driver assigned to you rather than Secure Auto Shipping themselves, I don't know. If you are thinking of shipping a car, ask for Billy, he was very open and able to get a hold of whenever I needed him. I promised Mike during my phone call that if he delivered what he had promised, I would leave a good and honest review of what my experience was like, and if he didn't, I would leave a bad review. Mike delivered the service paid for, and I feel that Mike deserves this review. Mike, if you are reading this, thank you for the help, and I hope you are well.
