Better than Great! This company said they would be at my home at 10:00 am to pick up my car.....they came at 10:00. They brought my Porsche to Illinois in less than 30hours. They said will will be at your home at 9:30am and there they were!!!!! The inside of the truck is immaculate (hard wood floors).

A true test of a company is not when things go right, but when things go wrong. Shaughnessy stands out as one of the best in the industry. They transported my McLaren across the states and there was an unfortunate problem that occurred with my PPF film during transport. As professional and careful as they are, sometimes unforeseen things happen. It's when these issues arise that the true test of a company's commitment to customer service is shown. They handled it very professionally and Jessica was very easy to work with and they made it right with me. I would use their services again because they stand by their commitment to deliver and go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. Customer service like this is hard to find. Thanks again!

Steve was very courteous and helped me with my car when it wasn't starting appropriately. He went out of his way during his busy work day to make my life easier. The prices for transport were reasonable. I strongly recommend this company.

The drivers kept me informed of progress while enroute and made the trip in less than two days, arriving at my front door in a closed trailer, which was a pleasant surprise. The drivers were professional and courteous. Job well done!! Mark

I had these folks move two of my cars from Maryland to Florida. The driver was two days late picking up cars and five days late delivering cars. One car had a minor scratch on the drivers door where they climbed out of it like Bo Duke loading it. The other all four wheels were gauged. It has been five months and they still have not paid to fix my vehicle. I say vehicle as I only was really concerned about the wheels on my BMW. They don't return calls. The woman who is your main POC, Beth is rude and gruff. I moved two more cars this week and utilized another hauling company and the vehicles arrived on time and in perfect condition. Bottom line don't use these people they are awful and their price is comparable to people who do it better.
