Jim always answers the phone and is very pleasant to work with. My family and I have used this company twice shipping from NH to Florida, both good experiences.

I lost money!
I m glad I just gave him part of the money, as a deposit, other wise i would have lost it all.
When we hire Jim, he said he was a Carrier no broker. At first I was very happy with the rate and the service, Jim promised to bring me the car from FL TO VA on Friday night, then it was postponed to Monday, and then to Wednesday, etc.
Of course I longer no trust in this company, so I asked for a refund which Jim declined it , arguing that it wasn't his fault but the driver's fault, when he at first said he was the driver (carrier) not broker.
I would definitely will remember this company next time I need transportation!
