I-5 Transport accepted the request and everything went smoothly. The car was picked up March 14th and delivered March 16 in perfect condition.

Renee was the best part of my experience. I ended up shipping 8 cars total and Renee picked up the phone everytime I had a question. She returned all my emails promptly and truly made shipping a car easy. This is the second time I have used Ship-A-Car Direct and I will only use them in the future due to their customer service.

First time shipping my car and using this company. We needed to ship my car from Las Vegas back to Chicago. The process from start to finish was smooth. Communication was great. The car was delivered sooner than I expected. The price was less than I estimated. Would definitely use shipacardirect again!

I contacted Ship a Car Direct about a month before a move across country. They seemed on top of everything and had pretty good email communication. We scheduled the pick-up several days before our move.
Three days from the first possible pick up date, I received an email that stated, "We're just a few days from your first available pick up date, this is normally the time period when we will get the most interest from drivers on your order, so keep an eye out for your dispatch info."
On the day the car was supposed to be picked up I received another email. "...we'll reach out via text and email just as soon as someone is ready to go this week."
When I responded with, "So nobody is coming today?" the reply was, "I couldn't say. No one has called yet, but the day is still early. "
I canceled the pick up and found another company to transport the car.
Ship a Car Direct does not transport the car; they put your car delivery out to trucking companies to bid on. When they get a company, that company contacts you. Ship a Car Direct (as are most car transport companies) is just a broker.

Alex the manager reached out to me and apologized about the sales rep who didn't communicate with me about not having anyone scheduled to transport my car. I appreciate his concern and reaching out to me. There are a lot of good reviews for this company. I also know that people tend to leave reviews when they have bad service and don't often leave reviews when service is good. This company does seem to be concerned for their customers and that it can be difficult when they are a broker and not the actual trucking company transporting the cars.

Matt was such a great person to deal with through the entire experience. I've shipped cars before and never had someone that was so professional and put my mind at ease through the process from start to finish.
I also had an amazing experience with the carrier and specifically the driver from MJ transportation. They brought my truck back in phenomenal condition, and worked with me on the drop off location. 10/10

Not only did I get my preferred pickup day for coast-to-coast delivery, I also received a bonus with covered transport for the price of open transport (lucky to be matched with a driver offering this service). My CLEAN car arrived in record time with my friendly driver. A flawless transaction from start to finish! I would absolutely use Ship-a-Car Direct again!

He expressed his concern and took personal responsibility for the situation, involving Alex, the manager, who did a great investigation, who efficiently determined who drove my car and where it had been where everything ended to be the responsibility of the carrier who put my car Dow in Arizona. Ship a car direct refund half of the for the total Cost $687 I had spent, and also assured me they would cover any additional expenses that may arise like tolls, tickets additional they assured they would never gonna doBusiness with the carrier involved in the incident to prevent any future issues. Ship a Car demonstrated responsibility and acted promptly to resolve the situation.

Greatly appreciate David taking the time to help me learn about the car shipping process and what to consider before making a decision to ship across the country. He has followed up several times to see if I have any questions and looking out for my best interest with his recommendations. Highly recommend contacting David!
I've shipped two cars with them and recommended this place to my friend and her mom. All cars (7 in total) were delivered perfectly, for a reasonable price on time. The drivers all seemed trustworthy and professional. I would use the again
We needed to get a car from CA to GA on short notice. They found us a driver at a great price.
Driver was awesome and picked up the car on the same day confirmed his offer. Price was more than fair. At pick up the driver took pics and off they went. Car arrived without a hitch (or damage) when they said it would.
Definitely going to be recommending Ship a Car Direct to everyone I know who says they bought a new car or needs shipping for any other reason!
