Did my homework in searching for an auto transport carrier to pick up and deliver my new car from out of state, as this was my first time ever shipping a car this way. I found Ship A Car had great reviews, and once I contacted for a quote, wound up getting contacted right away, with a good price quote that was fair, consistent communication and overall just really great service! I dealt with a gentleman named Bob, who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The only minor snafus, was waiting to hear back from the driver with a status update on when delivery might happen and not hearing from him right away, additionally, when my car was delivered by the actual transporter, there was a miscommunication about using a money order for the final payment. The driver contacted his boss and rectified the issue within a few short minutes. So ultimately not a a big deal, but helpful to know to ensure all are on the same page with payment methods allowed, expected, etc. Overall though, excellent service, the delivery was very quick (approx 2 days), highly recommend and will definitely use them again!
