Im not liking the customer service so far, I used them before and they were fine I had to ship my car from New Jersey to California. Now I need to go back and now no one picks up the phone I've been calling for a week straight I got 1 person name Steve and he told me give it about a day or two. I have to leave in a day and it's been 3 days no email or phone call and my car hasn't been picked up. All I want is a day or some type of communication. Now I just want my money back because this is not great business
Bad experience. Poor customer service. So I suggest that you avoid doing business with ShipAnyCar. First, Ship Any Car gave me a good quote and took my $200 deposit. And promised that they would arrange to ship on Friday. So ... Friday came and went, but no one called me. I had to keep calling them but no response. Four days later, I finally reach them, and they say they can't ship at all. I have to get another carrier and l lose lots of time. As this writing, even after repeated calls, ShipAnyCar will not return my $200 deposit. That's not right.
They sound 'nice' on the phone, but that's not how it works out.
One of the WORST auto transport. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS TRANSPORT. I dont recommend this at all. I had one of the worst experience in my life. They suck ur money even at the time of delivering ur car.... These people are narrow minded and they treat u like U OWE THEM literally they will treat u like a $#!| once they have ur car. Its like u got to listen to them, BEG them EVERYDAY to know the status where ur car is. And no body has clear communication at all... they had my 100$ from past 7 MONTHS which they are supposed to REFUND and at last I gave up ON IT. Dont trust this company and dont s*** up ur money and time.
Very Easy compant to use, I found them searching this actual review site and spoke to Roland who seems to be the owner of the company. I found this company to be a perfect fit. I shipped my car from Florida Back up to New York in a breeze.
I will most certainly use you guys again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I can not say it enough. The BBB rating is D+. I wish I had looked them up before booking.
I set the service up 2 weeks in advance and gave them the absolute last date that the car could be picked up. I was driving from California to New York and wanted to have my second car shipped. Due to my travel schedule I was going to have a friend receive the car and therefore put the entire cost on my credit card. About 2 days before I was scheduled to leave, I called and they just kept lying through their teeth that someone would come get the car. Finally came down to the day I was leaving and no one to come get the car. They never really had a driver to take my car. Danielle is extremely rude, most of the time they answer "TRANSPORT" like you are trucker. No customer service what so ever. So ended up canceling the service 3 weeks ago. Then get a call about 3 days after moving saying that they have someone to get the car. REALLY?!?!
The worst part is that I have been calling for the past 3 weeks to get a refund and am told it will be done 'immediately'. I was told the owner has to issue that and when I asked to speak with him was told I couldn't and hung up on. Of course no refund has been issued. Hopefully I can settle it through my credit card.
I feel I can't adequately convey my frustration and anger with these people. The worst people I have ever dealt with; rude, lying, sneaking, unethical, immoral.
