They are horrible. My pick up was supposed to be on a Sunday morning and after constantly calling was told they would not be there. After many complaints they picked it up on Sunday nigh. was supposed to deliver it on Tuesday and again after calling and calling did not get it until Thursday nigh. This gave them plenty of time to steal all my stuff in my car. Contacted the Lee County Sheriff's office and unfortunately they can't say what state it was stolen in. These thieves know exactly how to rob you and get away with it

Avoid like a plague. I had to ship my car from USA to Canada and hired them despite higher pricing because Noah assured high quality service. I was promised car pick up in three days and delivery in 1-2 weeks .The car got picked on the 9th day and it took total 5 weeks for them to deliver the car. No courtesy call for delays or updates and sparse call backs. I'd have to call them every few days to hear a new reason for the delay. The attitude soon shifts to "it will get there when it gets there" , "its logistics so have no expectations" and "I told you why the delay so be satisfied with that". Rudeness when you convey your frustration. They have the money and your car so all you feel is stuck and helpless. The Canada import broker charged higher fees than Noah told. Going with your own broker is then additional delays. Do not trust their initial estimates about taxes owed. Overall a zero star service and not the peace of mind one would hope for.

I tried to get a motorcycle transported, they kept making promises they couldn't keep. They did refund my deposit promptly. I wanted to give him the job because he responded very quick. I contacted another company and they scheduled it fast.

trash company do not use! picked up our car five days late after we had already moved across the country. communication was nonexistent and when it was it was bold face lies. "I'll pick it up today I promise" and then the next day the same bull crap. delivered it late of course too. they also thought a $150 compensation was enough. we shouldn't have to pay a freaking thing. bunch of scammers! Not to mention they didn't have the correct address for pickup either.

I call the pickup locations Monday Early they say it's ready meet you their at 9am to arrive the unit isn't ready. We'll trying to be a good carrier because they say they need it to their customer by Wednesday I agreed to wait they said they would have it ready in a hour. AFTER a hour I notified shiplux and said I'm going to need compensation for waiting the agent says I'm checking into it. I waited for 5.5 hours to get the unit contacted the agent again still no response,and emailed the company. Everyone in the company who's number I have ignored my messages. Well today I spoke with Evan Zinger real smart ass he didn't care that I waited because I was still able to get the unit same day so my time meant nothing to him. Told him pickup location stated to bill shiplux and shiplux would bill them he stated he doesn't see anything wrong with the situation. All I asked for was compensation for my time I don't think that was unreasonable and still delivered the next day.

I am arranging for transport of a motorcycle from CT. to WI.
Submitted the web quote request from LUX first, but I wanted to get some other bids. Other companies were difficult to even get a quote from. I was referred by the bike seller to HAUL BIKES, so i really wanted to get a quote and use them. They had people answering the phone that were difficult and acted like they were superior in their phone interactions. I had a bad feeling about HAUL BIKES, so I looked the up on the BETTTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I was surprised to see that HAUL BIKES had a ONE STAR RATING with so many customer horror stories I was thankful that I had investigated.
Then I looked up SHIPLUX on BBB, and it has an A rating.
After reading some of the horror stories about other shippers, I decided on SHIPLUX. I may not be the smartest man in the world, but I am not a dummy either.

BTW: The other bids were either the same price or higher. Price is important, but avoiding stress from shipping my new baby is a BIG DEAL. Marcos with SHIPLUX has been patient, competent, helpful, friendly, and humble.
Huge contrast to HAULBIKES who were totally incompetent, even at providing a quote!

Do yourself a huge favor and give these people a call.

I hired shiplux ​to transport my RV
I'm leaving CA on March 22nd and I wanted it to be in Florida on the 29th they were picking it up on the 25th and delivering it on the 27th 3 days after I leave in 2 days before I arrive it's taking me 7 days to get to Florida from California it's taking them two then they wanted the money up front they also wanted to replace my hitch because they didn't know what a Anderson hitch was I will attach all the correspondents when I got nasty with them they told me never to ever call again and they took my $900 which they won't refund be very warned about this company

Don't use, take your deposit and then change their quote, won't refund. Listen to the one star reviews I believe other are bogus. We had a bad experience lost our deposit but probably saved our classic car from harm.

Contracted with these guys a couple of weeks ahead of time. Never heard anything from them until shipping day i called and inquired about the pickup schedule and was told that the dispatcher has the order and will be contacting me.

Never heard a word again.

Hired them in Sept. 2022 to haul our RV out to CO from OH. Driver backed the RV into my garage and never unplugged the power cord. Damaged it pretty good. I filed a claim with their insurance policy, but the driver refuses to pay his deductible. ShipLux refuses to help out as well. Find another service!

I reached out to have my car transported and received a call back and response with a pickup date. Not 24 hours early, but on the day of pickup, I received a call which I thought was the confirmation of time and pickup but turns out it was a new day of pickup. I was told my car would be picked up the next day which was ok with me since I was not leaving town that day. The next day, I received a text that said my car would be picked up today and after waiting until 3pm I reached out to several people and found out that the truck that was going to pickup my car was having difficulties and could not make it until Monday. I could not wait any longer therefore, I drove my own car from Tennessee to Washington DC. I have never drove this far alone but I did it because I needed to be at work on Monday and not in Tennessee waiting to see if they would cancel again. I don't mind losing my deposit but I feel like there should have been more communication and an offer to pay me back at least 1/2 of my deposit. With this said, I would not use this company due to the lack of customer service and professional etiquette. I would not say this will happen to you, I am writing to let you know my story and you can investigate your scenario as you proceed. Understanding that when you first reach out you are communicating with a broker who find a transport company is why I gave 2 stars versus 1 star.

This company is money grubbing dog shit. I called to get a quote to ship a car and was quoted a $500 difference between a Monday and a Tuesday pickup.

I politely told them I was going to keep looking at options.

I found another company to ship my car at a much more reasonable price, and they told me that shiplux had listed my car for shipment anyway into the central dispatch app that truck drivers use to source their jobs - and well under the price that they quoted me. They basically gave themselves a $1300 brokers fee.

I called and asked them to remove my listing because I was working with another broker, and instead of removing the listing, they changed the price offered to the driver to $100 more than my agent's offer. Essentially in an effort to strong arm me into having to use them / making my actual brokers listing look less appealing on the marketplace.

Absolutely shady. Absolutely rude. Absolute dog shit. If you want to give your money to trash, put it in a trash can instead.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My representative was advised that the customer would not be available to accept delivery on given dates, and I reiterated this several times. After the driver had already been set to pick up the unit and headed to the destination did I find out that he would be getting there before the customer was to be there. I am the one that had to jump through hoops to make other arrangements. I was told by the driver that he would leave the unit with keys in it in front of the customers home. UNACCEPTABLE! My rep never responded when I asked for help resolving. I even called and spoke with another person and still no response.

Horrible experience!! I was treated with disrespect, they didnt transport the vehicle when they said they would. They damaged my vehicle that cost me $581.32 to get repaired. They said I needed to get it fixed BEFORE they would send it into their insurance company. Now that is fixed, they will not answer my phone calls. In addition, they drove my car 46 miles without my consents or knowledge. They also opened my sun roof during a rain and snow storm and delivered it that way. It was a 880 mile transport with he sunroof open. I will be reporting them to the BBB and also posting as many reviews as I can about my experience. I work for a corporation that has vehicles transported on a regular basis and we will never use this company again! Out of respect they should have simply refunded my money instead of going through all of these issues that i had to pay out of my own pocket!

I thought I was dealing with a very friendly broker Sheldon, but he disappointed me big time! He told me what I wanted to hear and ignored my calls and e-mails just pacified me and was not straight. Those brokers want their cut and don't care what happens to you once they book you and got your car! I had to rearrange my entire trip and had to go off of the contracted drivers schedule and not my own. He got real quiet when that happened! Be careful when booking through these brokers! On the plus side I did get my car in tact. I was only ripped off an additional $100 over my quote.

Update: After posting this Sheldon agreed to refund me $100 even though my trip expenses exceeded that amount they're at least refunding me for the extra charge for some belongings in my car.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Our family paid "Shiplux" to ship a vehicle from New York to California. The vehicle did not arrive on time. Shiplux representatives were non-responsive and/or disrespectful and argumentative. Finally, after contacting the New York Police Department to file a Stolen Vehicle Report- Shiplux "found" the vehicle and had it delivered. They also illegally record calls (a felony crime) in California. Horrible!

Our research indicates that Shiplux is not a shipping company, rather is a just a small group of rude guys who bid out to have your car shipped with a private trucker. After they take your money, they wash their hands of the deal and you are left waiting for an unknown trucker to call - which in our case was a long time. Worse, they don't provide adequate insurance coverage to cover your high value car.

Now the owner is blowing up our phones demanding we remove the yelp review. Go figure. Save yourself a lot of stress and find a real, professional shipper.

THE WORST!!!I don't even know where to start. First, they were a week late picking up. They knew the 2 cars had to be delivered by Oct 7. They promised me it would. 3 different days they said the shipper was coming the next day. Finally I got so fed up and I called the actual trucking company who laughed and said they wouldn't be picking up for at least 5 more days. Finally the cars were picked up AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. The car was picked up Thursday night. The driver said the cars would be delivered by Saturday already 2 days later . The first car arrived a week later, again after hours but at least they delivered it to my house. The 2nd car, a GLS 450 was not on the same truck. It didn't show up for another 6 days. Because the car is fully connected to me via the app, every time the truck opened its doors it would send me location , file level, odometer etc. The car sat on SC for 3 days. When the truck door was opened the car mysteriously had 181 extra miles on the Odometer and the fuel level was exactly the same and exact to the decimal point, which means the car was towed , not on a flatbed, but towed on its rear wheels. One of the worst things you can do to an AWD vehicle. Stay away from SHIPLUX. They promised me a full refund of their fee. Still haven't got it so I'm disputing the charge with the credit card company. Their service sucks . And stay away from Millionaire Auto Transport who towed my car.

They damaged my RV during the move amounting to $3,400.00 and they have refused to cover the repair as contracted. I had to turn it into my insurance for the repair and it cost me $1,000.000 in deductible. This company is crooked and the service you pay for is not covered by their insurance no matter what they contract for!

I thoroughly researched six different carrier companies for the enclosed transport of our '69 Cougar from AZ to CA. I received the best communication and second-lowest price from ShipLux. That was really good since there was a $400 spread between quotes! From the minute I requested a quote to the time I signed the contract, I was pleased. They were direct with me about how it works and what to expect. They accommodated my sellers' schedule for picking up the car and will have it to us faster than any other company could. This has been a 5* experience from start to finish. I highly recommend ShipLux.
