We hired a car transport service that promised quick and competitively priced delivery. We were even willing to pay extra for expedited service. However, the experience turned into a nightmare when we discovered that the truck carrying our car was parked for the first day and again for another day, causing significant delays. The company did not return our messages regarding our delivery status, leaving us in the dark. We even had to contact the sheriff's department near the parked area to find out what happened to the driver and our car. Finally, when the driver arrived with our car, they demanded the total price plus an additional charge for expedited service, which they had not delivered. The driver and their office argued on the phone for an hour, causing further frustration for us. After almost two hours from the time our car arrived, we paid the total amount because we just wanted our car back and didn't want to deal with any more delays. However, we are incredibly disappointed with the service we received and will not be using this company again for car transport in the future. We purchase a new car every few years and expect better service.

I trusted this company to deliver my car. I was told to leave a quarter of a tank of gas in it. The car was delivered late. It had 300 miles on it with less than a pint of gas in it. Someone obviously took it for a joy ride while it was in their possession. I complained, but there was no resolution. They, in fact, just hung up on me when I brought it to their attention. I am so disappointed and angered by this company. I had never shipped a vehicle before so naturally I went online and put in some information to receive a quote for shipping my vehicle. I was bombarded by so many people calling, texting, emailing about using their company to ship my car. I was contacted by Michael Spencer who was initially pleasant over the phone and gave me information and a roughly quoted price for shipping my vehicle. I told him that I was in my beginning stages in the shipping process so I didn't want to commit to anything at this time but that I would be in touch. Since then, I have decided to drive my car instead of shipping it as this was the best option for me. It was brought to my attention however that my car was listed on the National Board of transportation as a vehicle that was going to be shipped by Stars and Stripes when I did NOT authorize or consent to my vehicle being placed on this board. After much research online, this is a tactic done by companies so that no other brokers/companies can list your vehicle if you decided to go with a different company. I called the Stars and Stripes number and respectfully requested it be removed from the national board as I did not give permission for my vehicle to be posted on the board. Interestingly enough it was Michael Spencer who answered the phone and I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful, unprofessional, and condescending way in my life. I stated that all I did was inquire about a quote and did not give permission for my vehicle to be listed anywhere and I'd like it removed. He was unbelievably rude stating that the board is public knowledge and nobody can tell him to take it down. He said he will not remove it and the accused me of working with other brokers, asked if I paid deposits, stated that these other companies have terrible reviews and that since I asked for a quote that was reason enough for him to create a whole reservation under my name with my vehicle. This now makes me ineligible to use any shipping companies if I decided to go the shipping route since it will now make my car look fake due to it being a duplicate listing. I respectfully asked him to remove it multiple times where he was harsh and unprofessional saying he will not be taking it down, cutting me off while I was speaking, and proceeded to hang up on me. I'm not using their company to ship my car so posting my vehicle under their company as a customer is actually fraud and false advertising to fluff up their business and numbers. I let Michael Spencer know I will be filing a formal complaint with central dispatch and that is exactly what I intend to do. And if I ever did choose to ship my car, I would NEVER EVER EVER use Stars and Stripes or let any of my friends and family use this completely unprofessional company.

Got my truck from fort Myers Florida to central Illinois in 3 days time 2 days earlier than promised at the agreed price very great customer service driver was very polite and professional. Will use them again for my shipping needs...
the service this company provides is pretty bad, the service from James was awful. I never felt like they were looking for my best interest. They claim to be of help but when the time came to ask questions and negotiate, the broker became frustrated and hung up on me.
Nothing short of straight up thievery. Shell game hustle. Deposits lost. Phony contract. Phone calls never returned. Your car will be never picked up. Affiliated with other so-called car carriers with other names. All out of Miami. Bogus as you can get. Illegal hustle.
I really wish I read the reviews before I went with this company. At first very helpful and everything was fine. Then the driver failed to reach out the day of supposed pick up. Picked up three days late. Got to the destination early, I was not there to recieve the car. Called the dispatch office a million times and they were NO HELP. They lied and said they didn't see my order. BULL SHIT. The driver was horrible at communication and didn't speak English to top it off. I had to threaten the driver to send me the address of the lot so I could go pick up my car myself. The company themselves failed to EVER reach back to me after "putting me on hold". Shitty company. Don't be fooled by the nice price tag.
Before you choose a company to deliver your car from one state to another. BeWare!!! This company is not to be trusted, you will never get a response to any of your calls made to the agency or to the individuals contact number. It will feel like you're calling another country! We purchased a car in Texas to be delivered to Oregon in 2020. It took 3 whole months for the car to be delivered to us and that is because I formerly put a complaint to the federal transportation of this company, since I had no answers what so ever with the status of our car. They hire a third party to work with, when you're not aware of all this chaos. When the car was delivered, it had physical damages, as one of the driver was in a multiple car accident, which was never informed to us of the incident. The insurance did not covered the damaged as it was out of the insurance coverage with the third party!!!! Took me this time to write a review because I was so upset and could not think straight at the time. It took a long time to understand the whole situation. Don't trust this company, don't choose cheap over quality, -VERY IMPORTANT! GOOD LUCK AND HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS FOR THE LOOKOUT.
When I first called them they were very friendly and helpful and said because I was giving them three weeks notice they could certainly find a driver on the day I needed my car picked up which was October 29, 2021. The car was to be picked up in San Diego and driven to Jacksonville Florida for delivery. Once they confirmed they could have a driver pick it up October 29, I bought my ticket. My airline ticket was about $600 but I needed to be in San Diego for the car to be picked up. Long story short they did not pick up the car until November 1 after I had had to fly back to Jacksonville Florida. I had to beg a neighbor to help meet the driver to pick up this car. The communication was terrible and they care nothing about Customer Service and I will not recommend this company to anyone. They are just a middleman company so they pass you over to another company who then uses independent drivers. They do not care what day you want your car picked up or delivered. They did a terrible job. And once I said I was displeased they did not give a darn because you don't pay their company you pay the other company
Everything was okay, till the driver came in a day late which wasn't a big deal, then he wouldn't come to my exact address and wanted me to drive to him, call back by broker mike and he gives me crazy attitude saying "your a grown man, deal with driver" "its not a pizza delivery" terrible service. Don't use these people!!!

Read it in their terms and conditions of their contract that they pressure you to sign!! This company is a scam period and these brokers suck at getting anyone picked up, let along my own mother who had to cancel with them immediately. These people are rip offs and the reviews below are from real people and customers!!! Beware!!!

I called this company about 6 weeks before I needed my car be transported. I was constantly checking the status of a driver & they kept saying they were still looking. Up to the day my car was supposed to be picked up & nothing! They didn't even call me on that day to keep me posted. So I had to scramble and pay double to secure a driver for the next day. I would NOT recommend them!
I was quoted a different price than charged. Car wasn't picked up on the day I was told it'll be picked up, they didn't know who picked up my car and car wasn't delivered the day it was supposed to be delivered..
Their contract states no money up front but your required to give a deposit........... when questioned about this a 2 year experienced employee told me to quit getting my knowledge off google and advised me that a deposit does not reflect on their money up front claim. Company has horrible reviews and just want to argue you out of your money. BEWARE!
Now I can closely relate to all the reviews here. I asked for a quote which intially was given as 800 and then alter raised to 900. Also when I called in again they were pretty admand to get my credit card info even before confirming anything and hung up on a very ride tone.
I think all the reviews here speak truth about the firm, thank you for saving me you all.

The agent Steven is very rude and dishonest as nd argumentative! He lacks customer service skills and needs serious customer service training or to be fired! I would not recommend this transport company.
Military members stay away from this company, they have drivers contracted to them that will steal your items from your auto!
This company is completely dishonest and very poorly ran. I received a quote and when it came time to pay they tried to charge me 100.00 more. I spoke to the sales guy jimmy and the manager peter and they both said they made an error in quoting and they apologize but they refused to eat the 100.00 difference in price and said "we cant work for free, that 100.00 is our commission" and blatantly told me that their fee was more important than my business or making a customer happy. I tried to explain that it isnt the customers fault and you are charging the customer for your error and they could care less...and kept responding that "we cant work for free". This company has no clue about business ethics and I'm sure will be out of business sooner than later with this kind of customer service and incompetent managers and sales staff. Do not use this company.
I should have ready the previous review before using these guys. I submitted a reservation and did not hear from them the day before my scheduled pickup. Then they tell me a driver is not available for a few days after I had to reach out to them. When the driver showed up they tell me my car is too long and it is going to cost me more. I provided the car year make and model.... should have been up to them to determine what my cost was going to be. I had to agree to the upcharge because the car needed to be moved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... when I contacted them about the issues they do not respond to emails and say they just put you in contact with the drivers.... horrible customer service.
