Horrible service, we made a deal with Alex that will get paid before delivery, and I trusted him and delivered the load before getting paid. And now getting ignored!! Be careful he will do anything to earn your trust and then he will ignore you . Don't make the mistake I made.

Everything was set up as described. This partial was set up as Cash On Delivery (COD). I've had some real disasters in this area but I just always believe that everyone should get a chance. BUT this was NOT one of those.

The receiver was all informed and waiting to do his part. it was all flawless. STT communicated consistently but not overbearing. Mice Experience.

I worked with Katherine on a PO load from TX to IL. Her customer service was excellent. She made ever effort to make sure our process with her load was easy and successful. Would haul a load for her again. Thank you for your professionalism during every step of our load.

I had the pleasure of transporting a load for this company. It was a very smooth process. The description of the load was accurate and I wasn't overwhelmed by the company for ETA's or tracking. Great communication! Look forward to working with STT again!

This company screwed me once and then Manny called me back and said that they wanted to make it right If I would give them another chance, I did and they did the same thing again which screwed me with my customer. What's that saying screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me. I don't recommend using this company at all and I will never give them another chance good luck!

Gave Credit Card info and then they quit responding to all calls, texts, and emails. Had to freeze card and schedule different carrier.

If there were a way to leave a negative star, I would, as somehow this company managed to get my phone number from a referral service and has been texting and calling me for a year now, even though I have repeatedly texted STOP, begged them verbally to remove me from their call list...it truly has become to the level of harassment. I explain I never have anything for them to ship, ever, and they just won't stop calling and texting me.

Completely dishonest and unprofessional. I was booked on a load for them and was given wrong information, come to find out I was second carrier sent to this vehicle with the same bad information. When requesting a customary show up fee the lies, then rudeness jumped into high gear

We booked a load with them from NY to IL , were supposed to get a pick up information, they kept telling us they're about to send it, that broker is in a meeting, that then he had some family issues etc bs ! Wasted a day ! Never will do business again with them. They also have a lot of BBB complaints for not paying their invoices ! Nor any factoring companies work with them ! Big O scam service !
Someone should contact FBI and report these people !

File your BBB complaint now! They called us for a service to help their transporter load a vehicle, we did the job they asked, and emailed them and invoice as requested. They said they would pay over the phone as soon as they receive our invoice. We have been calling for 9 days to get paid. Nobody there can seam to get a hold of Jacob, voicemail goes to Carlos, and they don't know who the manager is. No one calls back. This company is a joke, they don't pay!

just to avoid this company at all cost!!! Spent extra cost due to delay, and had an agreement on the refund but never got the money. The representatives seems purposely ignore the the call when regarding the refund.

Don't go with this company. They started by increasing the cost right after booking, since they couldn't find a carrier that would agree to that low bid. I should have just ended it there, but I went ahead. Now, after much ado, my car is being held hostage by the company that ended up doing the cartage, since Smart Talk processed my credit card, but never paid the vendor, so they won't deliver.

To make a long story short, in the end I have had to pay around $600 in car rentals so far while I have waited for my vehicle, and I am still going to have to wait another week since I went straight to the vendor (Erick M Transport - they are great guys) and made arrangements directly for them to deliver and pay them in cash. I have had to stop payment on my card so as not to pay the Smart Talk crooks a cent.

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THEM. If I could do negative 5 stars, i would.

This people really suck! They are sweet talkers but when it comes to actually doing their job they are horrible, there is not team communication at all.
I will never use them ever again!
And if you are trying to ship your vehicle, go straight to the shippers.

Needed an emergency transport. filled a form online, got 14 calls in 3 days by them. After I accepted their offer, they said same day pickup. After I filled out the forms, Ivan G said it'd be done quickly. After 3 days I hadn't heard anything except when I had to call. They said they were looking for a driver. After several days I emailed for an update and they said it'd be the following week.
I canceled because I needed it done sooner than that. After I canceled, Ivan G began sending harassing emails. Even after I asked him to stop contacting me he continued to email me. At one point he said, "I should have just charged your credit card"...
Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Unreliable and extremely unprofessional.
