I give one star because I can't give zero. We hired TCI to pick up a car for us. After 3 days of acceptance and then cancellations, I was cussed out by Caleb Antov when I asked for a refund of our money. He proceeded to say he wouldn't take any shit from me. Rudest company I have dealt with in this industry. I now have storage fees for not picking up the car on time. DO NOT USE

Terrible customer service from Jeremiah. Requested to have a car transported and 2 weeks passed still no word , after I've paid my deposit. Requested a refund because no service was provided. He gave me the run around for 2 weeks and sounds like he's reading a script from a piece of paper. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Kaleb is a scam artist! His business is a joke and can't be trusted. He delivered a car to me and the next day harassed me about payment. I had all intentions of paying within the week until he stole my social security number!

BE VERY CAREFUL AND DONT PAY VIA SQUARE! He also stole someone's credit card to pay my bill! I agreed to pay the bill but only via check due to him being an identity thief!! he refused to give an address because he is a scam! stay away and beware of any personal information. a police report has been filed due to him threatening to use my information and bad mouth my business!

I had a motorcycle shipped by them. I would not recommend. They broke the chain on the bike in transport. They chains are very heavy duty and I really don't even know how that is possible. The driver did not speak any English which made the pick up process very difficult. It was about a week late and updates were not given frequently. Terrible experience for the price point.

Worse then the cable company. I provided a 3 day window for shipment per their request to pick up my car. I received no contact during the week. I flew to the location of the car. Day 1 and 2 passed and still nothing. Day 3 business hours passed and I flew home. Finally I get an invoice at 7pm on day 3 for them trying to pick up my car the next day. This was after our agreed dates. Now that its day 4 and I can't be at the car for pickup they demand a $150 fee for the cancelation. Seems like they purposely skip your 3 day time frame to make sure your aren't available just to scam you for $150. Avoid if possible.

Garbage company. Especially the owner kalob Antov. Doesn't have customer service. Cursing customers out because he doesn't check his paperwork and transactions . Cheap for a reason.. No respect for someone like this. Blowing up my phone as a private number. Trying to get fees that have been paid for in advance. He needs to figure out his own mistakes before attacking the customer and the delivery drivers.

They said they'd be able to pick up the car within 5 calendar days of the set date, which was set long in advance, but on day 6 they kept repeating the same thing that they're working on it with urgency. Do not book them if you want your vehicle picked up within a pre specified timeframe! They are not reliable.

Lies!!!!!!!!! AVOID to save your time and money!!!!!!

They lied every day to me on the quote of when it would be picked up for five days. I requested this service with two weeks' notice. They gave a five-day window. I NEVER got a phone call for an update. So, I called them every day within that 5-day window. I was respectfully patient. On the last day before I moved, they again NEVER called for an update. When I did call on the last day, they guided me to pay an ADDITIONAL $100-200 to provide an "additional incentive" for their driver to ship my car. WHAT?!?!? Now I have to pay more for a maybe to ship my car?!!!! Now, I have to find another plan. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. I cannot continue to hold my breath and be hopeful. I was certain my car would be shipped, but then I turned hopeful. How horrible is that? DO NOT believe the older reviews, especially if you live in California. I have to continue my move without my car. I am now scrambling to find another company to ship my car. I WISH this will not happen to you. Poor communication, poor service, and overall horrible experience. You will stress out, not sleep, and waste your time.

We booked a transfer with them on May30th, we were told we will receive a call shortly, five days later I started reaching out the guy Jeremiah told me that he will reach out to me the next day and possibly get the process moving, it's been two weeks now we got to a point where he completely stopped taking our calls total waste of time. I know they might be cheap, but not worth all the headache and trouble and frustration because they do not deserve anyone's business. Seriously

I had trusted TCI to handle my 28 year old accident free Lincoln. They subcontracted Streamline Auto Transport who then caused 2,500 dollars worth of dents (two, non-dealership quotes). I was offered 600 for a new door, denying that they had strapped the roof down which was the more costly repair. After 8 months I've finally been compensated through my lawyer's office.

Terrible experience. Kaleb Antov is rude. He did not follow up with me and did not deliver on his guaranteed pickup date. He kept telling me he would call me back within an hour or two and never would because he did not have a driver lined up. This would have been fine but he would not call to provide an update. I have a busy schedule as well and I could not plan because of the lack of communication. When I asked to cancel the transportation he refused.

I shipped my car with TCI Logistics. Things started out smooth with the deposit and pickup, but on the delivery date I received a text that the car was 4 full days behind schedule due to "bad luck." Then 4 came and went and on day 5 I struggled to get a response and still did not receive any information as to where the vehicle was and when it would be delivered. Following texts as to if the vehicle should be reported stolen with insurance and FMCSA, I finally got a response and the car was delivered the next day, 6 days after the originally planned delivery date. "Bad luck" happens, but the choice to not communicate that to me so I could plan accordingly was very frustrating.

The "contract" sent with the deposit says very little about timeline, deliverables, and cost. They are able to blow past their deadline with zero communication, yet the cost is still the same.

We contracted to have our car shipped on July 27, 2022 for August 23, 2022. TCI never found a driver to pick it up. Day 3 of our 4 day window, Tom stated they still could not get a driver and asked us "how much are you willing to pay"? I was willing to pay what they quoted us. We needed to be out of our house so we found driver for the pick up ourselves. Trying to be kind, we let Tom know, so he stated "no one works for free" and charged us $150 cancellation fee. We did not get what we agreed to, we did not get it at the price TCI quoted and TCI had our car listed on the national board for pick up for a month and could not find a driver, but you think we are in the wrong and charged us $150 cancellation for your lack of results! STAY AWAY FROM TCI LOGISTICS. I cannot believe you quote me something and then tell me to keep upping the price to find a driver for you to pick up my car. OUTRAGEOUS.

Poor communication and lies. They were scheduled to pick up and after my friend waited the entire day, the driver called and said they are 25 minutes away but the trailer was full. The solution from TCI was I can pay more money and they will be pick it up in another 3-4 days. I declined and reposted the listing. I went with another company which was a better experience. TCI stated they will refund my deposit but that was another lie. CitizenShipper had no issue to refund their part but TCI is a different story. I would never hire them to ship anything even if it was free. They give logistics a bad name. There are others that had the same experience.

My car was damaged during transport. They dropped a hydraulic lift on the hood and put giant holes in it and also scraped the bumper moving it. The driver initially denied any wrongdoing, saying it was like that at pick up, even with it being super obvious where the damage came from. The company finally admitted fault and asked me to get an estimate. After I sent it over, they said the quote to repair the vehicle was too expensive and told me to drive the car to Riverside (2 hours from my San Diego), to their body shop. I got the manager involved, Kaleb A., who asked me to get a 2nd, estimate which came to $6100. By this point, a week had passed, and Kaleb finally got back to me and stated "I don't believe a lot of the listed items have to be fully replaced, for example, the front bumper" and offered me half the amount of the estimate or to fix it at "their shop". Why did I waste my time getting two estimates if they were going to make their own estimate up from thin air?? When I asked for their insurance information, repeatedly, they refused to give it to me or to pay for it to be fixed at a reputable shop. Beware of Trans Cargo!!! They will damage your car, deny it, and then refuse to pay for the repairs.

I have requested a quote and the price was lower than the competition. I got an email for confirmation and a contact phone number. I text the phone number because my car should be shipped in two weeks and I get a phone call screaming that I'm calling too soon and cussing out that I texted them early. So unprofessional and rude and of course would not trust my car to be shipped with them

Now they say on my google review that I'm a fake review lol. I have screenshots of the conversations and the emails. You guys really suck and still unprofessional. Instead of denying start working on your company and make it better and start being professional

I was told to meet the driver 30 min away from my address in Bronx during rush hour. I arrive and I start chatting with the truck driver who has no idea that the car being shipped must not arrive earlier than May 17th. This was the entire conversation and guarantee from TCI's ales person Caleb. None of this information was giving to the driver so he could not ship my car. So I drove my car out to the middle of nowhere Bronx in rush hour to NOT have my car shipped. Caleb only apologized to the driver and gave him a $50. No apology for me or compensation for my time. Just, "let me tell you how this will go JERK(yes he called me a jerk) you'll wait for the next pickup time tomorrow." I have the name and number of the truck driver to confirm all of this.

Rob @ TCI Logistics completely let me down on shipping my vehicle.

I reached out weeks before shipping - initially, communication was great and it sounded like we'd have no problem. I was flying from CA to PA, and was waiting on a definite date to ship so I could book a return ticket. Rob found a driver within the window that I provided (although it was extremely short notice given that we began communicating weeks prior) and told me Sunday, so I immediately booked a return ticket. Moments after booking, I was told that it was Monday, not Sunday. While this was in the original window, it was now after my flight.

After this, Rob's communication went downhill. I was practically begging for an update, found family to come assist in shipping on Monday... total radio silence and we went past the date that I flew home. After a week of silence I actually texted Rob looking for a little decency, maybe a "sorry we missed the window" message... the response was 'you gave us a 4 day window and we're still looking for a driver and will have it finalized tomorrow'.

Now... 9 days later... I again try to communicate and have received zero response.

Avoid. Unprofessional, costly, garbage service.

And per your response - "leave it to the professionals".. what exactly do you think I was doing by contacting you? Yet, here I am with a car 3000 miles away.

Read other reviews. I'm not the first to comment on your bad communication, missed pickup..

Alice. Ailey should not be working custom service or even be employed to deal with people if this is how she acts. The proof is in the messages from the lady she said I hired which I sent her with the ladies number and that's when she ignored me. Until I told her I was reporting to bbb. Then she went on to lie to try and make herself look innocent but all you have to do is read the messages. Can't wait till bbb and her boss's see this, which who knows they might already know how she is because I know as a business owner I would t allow someone to treat my customers

Update: I had never hired another company, I went through a service that put out a bid to multiple companies including yours. Then you go on to lie about the whole situation. Y'all people are something else. And VERY rude. And threatening me for harassment in the email y'all sent for leaving a review is very funny as well. Good luck with that one. Not removing this review. If anything after the email y'all sent I'd give it negative stars. It's funny with all the proof in writing y'all would at least own up to your mistake, but no you just deny, deny, deny lol.

Experience has been dismal. They quote you a low price to lock you in as a customer and then your car never gets picked up. "Dispatch will contact you within a few hours" is what they tell you day after day up until you leave.

It would be more appreciated if they just said we quoted you too low and the bid is not competitive vs others on the market.

Terrible experience. They damaged my car in transport and are doing absolutely nothing about it. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. There is just no excuse for how bad this was. I shipped two cars. They tried to pick up 3 days early and then the cars arrived 5 days later then the estimate. One of the cars was damaged in transport and they never fixed the body damage. It was a terrible experience all around. Don't bother wasting your money with then.

I recently had my Jeep Wrangler transported by this company.cost to ship $1050.00 damages caused by this transport company $5,754.31
Total $6,804.31 is what this so called transport company burned me for!
Upon the transport drivers (Nico) arrival ,I noticed my Jeep had major damages .the driver admitted the damages happened while the Jeep was on his transport semi.The driver said the hood popped opened and broken the windshield.i spoke to the owner Evo.he was very rude.He said they are not liable for any damages caused in transporting .so he refused to pay the the damages! Total in damages $5,754.31
Do not use this company to ship your cars!they will
Not pay for damages.I also filed a complaint to the better buisness bureau.
4/27 I just spoke a person at the office name Kalo.i told him the situation about the damages.He said they aren't gonna pay for any damages good lucky trying to sue them.He said I will see you in court.
So people beware (DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!)
They will do you dirty!

Pathetic service. No communication / follow-up. BS excuses throughout the process:

I contracted TCI, because they had great ratings and their bid was higher most -- so I ( wrongly) assumed I'd get higher-tier service.

They made zero effort to communicate any progress toward finding a driver/truck to transport the vehicle they agreed to ship.

They didn't respond to emails. There were days when no one answered the phone at TCI, and when they did, I was told " Rob's at lunch ( all times of the day ) and he'll call you right back." But the calls never came.

On two occasions they responded to my persistent emails, stating " We have a driver ready for you tomorrow" -- But then nothing. ( All BS)

After three weeks waiting for a transport truck assignment I finally gave up on them.

A total waste of time and money, that left me with an angry owner on the pick-up end of this deal.

Run. Don't walk away from these clowns. They're in over their heads and taking on assignments they can'r fulfill.
