Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.
We are in the process of moving out of state and made a reservation for the shipment of my Dad's car. We made the reservation six weeks in advance. The week of the move, while calling them, to follow-up, I was told they transferred the shipment to another transport company. When I called that company they said, "no" they never agreed to the move and had no trucks going in that direction. I called Sunday's back, left a message and never heard back from them. They have not honored their commitment and have not even shown the courtesy of a return call.

Never trust them; they will leave you in a predicament in the 11th hour!
