I have shipped my cars through Titan twice. From CA to Midwest. Excellent service! Was able to ship and receive the cars quickly. Erica is very accommodating and will do her best to help you. Great customer service.

This company called asking if there was anything that might change my mind to possibly update this review to a more positive one.

I said then and I say now, HELL NO! This review was honest, and maybe a little more tame than it should've been. It was DEFINITELY WELL DESERVED at the time, nothing changes that.

Easy and simple. Everything went exactly the way it was scheduled and the cost remained the same and the transport vehicle was in great condition that hauled my car. The guy with a responsible and courteous driver as well. Thank you!

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would! Erika was so nice, sweet and responsive. She even made sure to explain why I should only list with one transporter, her .... that is until she got my order. THEN NOTHING. No return calls, no emails, no nothing. She listed my vehicle (during snow bunny transport season when higher rates demanded by drivers) with such a low-ball price, no driver in their right mind would pick it up. Wish I knew then ... ya'know.

So there I was, three days before leaving town, two days ... still NOTHING. Erika, you should be ashamed of yourself. I ended up paying a higher price to get a driver to pick it up, and all the while in a serious freak-out panic. I had to leave town with my vehicle at a friends place because even a higher price couldn't get it pickup that fast.

To this day (2-months later) she has never removed my listing from the database where she posted the job. Just yesterday, I was contacted by another transporter asking if I still needed service. What's up with that Erika? Obviously you don't even attempt to cover-up your screw-ups ... but that's ok. Leave it there so everyone can continue to see what kind of business you run.

Titan National Transport should be offering to pay me the difference between their original offer and what I actually paid.

Erika totally screwed over my 72 year old mom. Run, do not walk away from this company. I git a quote from Titan National in December to ship my mom's car from CA to TX. We had received a quote in the $700s, which was lower than the rest, which should have been a red flag. Erika will act like your best friend on the phone, lots of reassurances and what seems like good advice, so you feel good about using them. I followed up with her a few days before my mom's car was supposed to ship because I hadn't heard from her, left multiple voicemails and received no response. Desperate, I contacted Mr. Car Shipper, who our shipping company recommended. They could see our car on the shared ship list and due to high volume and the low quote we were given, my mom's car wouldn't be picked by a carrier anytime soon and my mom had a plane ticket a few days later, which Erika knew.
Long story short I had to email Erika to cancel my mom's agreement and received no response from that either. My opinion, they don't know their business and don't care about screwing people over. Beware of their promises and low quotes, which are too good to be true. Mr. Car Shipper saved us, sticking with their original quote, even if the price had gone up. Yes, it was a few hundred dollars more, but their process was easy and our car arrived on time.

picked up a van in Tyler TX on Tuesday, 10/2/18, to be delivered to Brownsburg IN by end of week. owner of the trucking company (Ascent Logistics, 317.665.7534, Ian Sawh) called me the following Sat, apologized for the delay. the truck with my van is in El Paso. he promised delivery by Mon, 10/8 if he had to get it himself. Fri, 10/12 my customer asks where his van is. called Titan & Ascent, left voicemails with both. any bets the van is now in Mexico? goodbye Titan & Ascent

I spoke to Titan one month before I was set to deploy. I called back three weeks later to confirm plans for my vehicle to be shipped on the 1st of June as I was set to deploy on the 21st of May. 1 June came and went with no email as they said they would. I called them on the 4th and was told "we couldn't find anyone". Two days later I get an email saying they had someone but wanted another 120.00 from me. Mind you she knows I'm already deployed and frustrated about the situation, so may as well try to up the price while I'm in a tight spot. Go with another company.

We contacted Titan to arrange for a transport from Ocala Fl to Western New York and spoke to Erica. She seemed very attentive and efficient and we received an email from her verifying everything and confirmed the arrangments. That was last we heard from her. I made several phone calls and sent one email asking for an update and the phone calls all went to voicemail and their was never a response to my email.
We made last minute arrangements with another carrier. Stay away! Pay attention to the reviews!

They really messed my plans up and then blamed everything on me. Someone who has never done this before. They did not call or email me with the day that the carrier was coming and when the carrier showed up, I didn't know I had a choice to say I wasn't ready to ship my vehicle, which I WAS NOT. So they took it and had to store it for me until I am ready to be at the delivery place. Now it is waiting for me in storage 2 hours from where I'm moving to. Then "Erika" sent me a very condescending email, pretty much saying it was my fault (I didn't do this right or I didn't do that, I assumed they were in contact with each other) and that they were done trying to figure out how to help me and that it was up to myself and the carrier to get it right!! Unless you think you will not have any hiccups, stay away from a company that will not be there for you. Erika,,, you need a new job because obviously you do not like this job or you do not have decent human compassion. Wish I would of read the reviews before I hired this company...Lesson learned, THE HARD WAY

While Erika at Titan was very sweet this was the worst experience dealing with a company Ive ever had. Ive actually never even written a bad review. About a month prior to our move out of state I contacted and signed a contract with Erika to have our 2 cars transported from Ca to Id. The weeks and days before I kept trying to get ahold of her to find out an exact time on the scheduled pickup date that they would be there. The day OF the move she told me they didn't have a driver to take the cars. After a lot of drama she said they could have a company pick them up on monday (3 days late) and take them to salt lake city then on to idaho. Having no other options we left the cars with family for the pickup as we had a huge uhaul filled with our belongings. While they did show up for the pickup it was another 3rd party company that picked it up not on a 10 car hauler as promised, they brought it to another transport company who then brought it to another who finally delivered in idaho. We paid $1500 for this and were also then forced to rent a car for the next week. Along the way for 2 days we were not able to get ahold of Erika or the other companies involved not knowing where are cars were or when we would get them. THEN both cars arrived and were damaged!! Erika gave me the info for one of the companies which after weeks of dealing with the insurance company they say we cant prove it was them because there were so many people involved. First when there was no driver to take the route, then when it was given to 3 companies, and finally with the damage I was told " wow this has never happened before", which I find very hard to believe. Now I am being told sorry there is nothing we can do to help you its not responsibility or under our insurance because we are the "broker" not the driver.

So needless to say I am amazed that this company does not have more negative reviews as I has a problem every step of the way and was given no real assistance in getting through the issues. I do have our cars here. Although they are now damaged and no one will take responsibility to repair them.
The experience with Titan Transport was misleading, frustrating, and completely unacceptable.

We are so happy with the excellent service we received from Titan National Transport. I read a large number of reviews on line about various brokers and since this was the first time we have ever shipped a vehicle I was not sure what to expect. Titan National Transport exceeded our expectations on service, communication and price.

After listing the vehicle to be shipped via various websites I was inundated with calls and e-mailed quotes. Researching each firm was daunting. I called Titan after speaking with several other firms and spoke with Erika Marie. She explained the process of shipping the vehicle from start to finish and patiently answered my endless questions. Since the vehicle we were shipping was not worth much money, a first car for my step-daughter, cost was a factor. Quotes received from other companies were outrageous.

After talking with Erika and being assured the price quoted was it, no hidden fees I took a deep breath and booked with Titan. The process was seamless from there! Titan is broker who then does the dirty work of finding a hauler traveling the route we needed to ship our vehicle. Within two days of booking with Titan I got a confirmation e-mail from them that the shipment request had been dispatched. The same day I got a call from Double H Hauling and he was there that night to pick up the vehicle. The driver handling the transport was in constant contact with us from the pick-up of the vehicle, to the delivery and the car even arrived a day early.

We couldn't be more pleased that we selected Titan National Transport for our shipment.
