Success! When you have a highly modified vehicle with "zero clearance" and need to ship 2,900 miles across the nation, during the holidays in sub zero temperature, you need a logistic company that can take on the challenge! Top Auto Logistic was just that, and orchestrated the process from start to finish and I couldn't be any happier. I gotta be honest here, I was very critical with high expectation, with a lot of questions being my first experience in shipping a vehicle, especially with these challenges, and Jason and Guillermo were very patient with me and hit the ground running!
They vetted all carriers Insurance, sent photos of the trailers, and simply made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. Finally, we selected a carrier that was perfect, fully enclosed trailer, lift gate, and at a good price. I was able to experience the full "white glove treatment" from that point on. To fully getting the car fully detailed in preparations for pick up, to meeting the driver with a beautiful trailer, to inspection and watching the car get loaded in its permanent spot on the trailer, to be delivered from CA to NY in just 5 days! Whereas, should have been a 7 day delivery. Basically, the car traveled 2,900 miles and made it to NY in the same detailed condition when it left my house. Folks, it doesn't get any better then this and I highly recommend Top Auto Logistics and will be using them when the car gets shipped back. Thank you Jason and Guillermo!

I hired this company to transport my car from Nevada to Florida. The car was to be picked up the 27th of December. I was supposed to receive a call on the 26th with a three hour window for the pickup. I didn't get the call. I tried calling to no avail. I sent an email as well. I hired another company but on such short notice my car will get there many days after me. I was in touch many times to confirm with the company as it was my first time doing this. I am very upset because I had a good feel with Nate, the one who signed me up. Gil is another person I spoke with. If they could t produce they should have let me know.
Contacted Gill last week - was told he'd call with arrangements on Monday or Tuesday. I finally called him Tuesday afternoon - was told he'd let me know by COB. COB came and went, called him Wednesday morning, the day the car was to be shipped out. Was told "I haven't been able to get ahold of the driver." Still waiting for the call. Clearly told him the car was going to be auctioned and needed to be delivered by Sunday at the latest.
Rather inconsiderate to say the least. In the meantime, plenty of calls from other brokers to set up the shipment, but on Top Autos proposal, lots of warnings not to double book, and plenty of warnings about cancelling, which is what I think Gill is hoping for. Unfortunately for Gill, this car is drivable and I'm available to do so! Just wanted to make life a little easier, instead get hit up with anxiety waiting for this so-called business to perform.
Just a very bad communication experience. No one contacted me up until the day after the delivery due date. Had me thinking my car was stolen.
Arranged to have a car shipped from St. Louis to Dallas with Edward. Plainly asked Edward if there were any cancellation fees and he said no. I found a better deal about an hour after I talked to Edward and when I called to cancel he said there was a 100 dollar cancellation fee. I asked why he didn't tell me before and all he could say was that it's in the contract. He was totally unwilling to wave the so called cancellation fee. He also charged this fee to my credit card without me having signed any documents. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute. So everyone be advised, there is a 100 dollar cancellation fee.
They wanted to hold a deposit for a truck that I wanted shipped. I never used them or scheduled. They still owe me $100. Be careful with these people. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
In searching for the best price and reputation, we came across this company. Jason who said
he was the owner, didn't want me to continue shopping, so for me to do business with his
company, he gave me the price that was acceptable to me. We stayed in touch with him
and was told that a driver would call to make arrangements on 06/25/2016. And of course
no one called. We then called him and he said he could get the price that he quoted us, but
could do it for more....This is what is know as BAIT & SWITCH!!!!! Stay away from this
company they are LIARS and SCAM artists...
