These guys gave us great service at an excellent price. Zero issues, on time in both directions. Nice people too!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
we shipped a car across country And they delayed the shipping by weeks. once the car arrived It Had PUDDLES on the inside, the seats were drenched, water was pouring out the speakers, dash was wet And had pollen all over, the front hood and roof were soaked in some type of oil And the paint is now damaged. long story short the car needs lots of work now. top knotch has been telling us "i'll call back" and now its 2.5 months in. the actual carrier apparently changed insurance but never updated and topknotch hasnt helped. as far as the actual carrier he was an absolute mess they were getting loud and trying to physically fight my mother and i. the police was called and Reports were made. On top of all this the price had gone up once they delivered the vehicle.

*SCAM* DO NOT ENGAGE with these people. I spoke to Krystal. They tried to debit a deposit, using Zelle, from my bank account. I dug deeper and this place is bogus.

Car is scheduled to be picked up. After I called at 9am Krystal said dispatcher won't be in until 1100 and would call back at 1100. She never called back. When I called it went to voice message. Hummmm waiting on your company to stick w/ the contract

If there was a zero star that's what they would get they've had my $137 deposit for over three weeks and still have not been able to confirm a pick up. The latest--they tried to get me to agree to another $200 to get my vehicle shipped--I told them no-so they fraudulently advertised the $200 extrA and had a truck dispatched to pick it up. I called the dealer where the vehicle was and they supplied me a copy of the fraudulent bill of lading. No response from TTopKnotch--they are pikers, frauds and thIeves. I'm escalating my complaint with the BBB in Miami and looking into filing a criminal complaint

BS--you refused to refund my deposit, lied to the driver who picked it up telling him I would pay him more than our contract stipulated--I don't forget--If you want to keep stirring the pot, there are plenty of folks that have been scammed by you...not some other company that claims to be you...you...

Scammed for an extra $100 by this company.. Agreed upon $537 auto transport from NYC to Florida.. Deposit paid $137 and expecting to pay $400 upon delivery.. Driver shows up and demands $500 cash without any prior knowledge of any rate change. At time of delivery, unable to reach any sort of manager to explain who authorized any change of the amount to be paid. Driver threatens to leave with car while we are waiting to hear back from somebody "at headquarters". so have no choice but to pay the extra $100.. Person on phone says it was a $100 fee for expedited delivery which we never authorized or heard of (and didn't even need, it was an extra car that isn't being driven any time soon) And of course never heard back from anybody at the company to explain.further after the car was delivered even though we were expecting a call from some manager who happened to conveniently be at lunch during this delivery.. Huge scam. (Also can confirm the other reviews, the deposit was via Zelle to an individual person, probably the first red flag, feel lucky i at least got my car transported)

No clue where are vehicle is and have been given the runaround for a few days now. The company was recommended by the Dallas VPC so we thought that they would be professional and worth the money. Now I'm really regretting not going with a more affordable company. We've had a rental for a while and knowing our vehicle would arrive we returned our rental but our vehicle never showed up and here we our two days after promised delivery date and have no idea where our truck is and no communication with the driver.

This is a real review from a real person that actually shipped a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Augusta to St. Louis. Very nervous after I read the reviews and paid the 137.00 upfront. I was initially quoted $500 which I knew was super low compared to most. The day before shipping it was bumped up to $700 per Krystal. I wasn't happy about but the cost was still very inline for the ship. Long story short. Perfect ship! On time, actually early... the company she outsourced it to was great! The driver great! And in a covered trailer!

I was put in touch with Krystal and Top Knotch Auto Shipper through a lead service. Then, the scam started. Krystal scheduled my car for pickup many weeks in advance. I was told the car was booked for pickup and given instructions on what would happen. I called back a couple of days before the appointment to confirm. Krystal sounded shocked to be hearing from me. She then said she needed to check with the company to see if they had insurance? Come to find out, there was nobody booked. This was all after a $180 deposit I paid up front. They would not take credit card as payment. I know now because they are SCAMMERS.

This company is a sham! Do not use- as others have reported- a deposit was made to an "Odalys Cabrera" vis Zelle in the amount of $137- Crystal the only person that we spoke with is no longer answering call! After speaking to other brokers, they see the low bid this broker put in for transport of vehicle at $350 which no one will bid for since it's so low and trying to get another carrier would cause confusion on the contract. I've reported this scam to the BBB and the FTC as well as the police!
Do not use them or send any $! I should've done more research as seen the reviews before sending the money but they should not continue to do this! Top Knotch Auto shippers is a scam!!!! Beware!

Scam. Do not buy through them. They're cheap and that's how they will get you. They also use zelle which is not a normal way for companies to take money. Once I figured it was a scam I tried to call her and she hung up on me and refused to give me an answer. She also threw in that my car wasn't picked up because the driver tried to call my phone and I didn't answer. That's the funnest thing I think I've ever heard. I texted her 4 days BEFORE my car was even suppose to be picked up to cancel my order for a refund and pick a different day. Such bs and lies and I cannot believe there are people like you in the world Krystal. You are evil and manipulative. Do not book with her, it is not a real company.

Jenifer B. Nov 12, 2019

This company is a broker. My car wasn't picked up the day it was supposed to be picked up because the driver they found lost his insurance. They gave me the name and number of another driver to call; who of course cost more. I thought I was paying them to find me a driver not for me to find my own driver. I could have done that myself for free. Customer service showed no interest in helping me. I was hung up on and when asked to speak to a supervisor nobody came to the phone. I really believed I was scammed . Wouldn't recommend this business to my worse enemy. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau

SCAM!! Do not do any business with this company. Krystal will take your money and never deliver your vehicle. She will play you with every excuse she can. The deposit for the shipment was through zelle so no way of getting that back! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Gato A. Sep 21, 2019

This company is a SCAM! Fake reviews. The company is front. They took my deposit and never picked up my vehicle or called me back. The telephone number goes to a generic answering service. Dont be fooled like me! "Crystal" is the one who we spoke to (probably a fake name) they requested deposit through "Zelle" to an individual and not a company. The supposed "contract" they sent me did not even have my full name on it. Again, this is a criminal scam, dont be fooled by the fake positive reviews. You will lose your money!
I would put less than one star but there is no option....

I wish I could give zero stars. This company assumes no responsibility for any negligence. They do not ship in a timely manner. They are terrible managers of subcontractors and are unable to meet any reasonable timelines for shipping. I shipped a vehicle to Hawaii from Texas. They subcontracted a truck to California and boat shipment from California to Hawaii. I was required to pay almost $1900 up front before the company would even consider scheduling pick up. From the date of payment on November 17, 2017, my car was "scheduled" to be picked up on November 25 or 26. The vehicle was not picked up due to a truck break down. I was not notified about this delay and it was not addressed until the following Monday because it was a weekend and TransCar has no ability to manage an emergency phone number after hours. If the vehicle was picked up, it would have made it to the California port and then Hawaii by December 10-12. Another trucking company was contacted the following week because TransCar has no emergency numbers and only works 9-5 with no ability to manage your shipments after hours. The next pickup was scheduled for December 2nd because the second truck agreed to pick up the vehicle but lied about its trailer size. After all this, it was picked up and driven to California in order to make it for inspection on December 6th and shipment on December 9th. This was guaranteed verbally based on pickup day, it would have "plenty of time" to make it on the boat. I was told I'd be notified on December 6th confirming its arrival. On December 7th, I called to verify since they never contacted me. It was confirmed to have made it on the boat. On December 11th, I was notified via email that the vehicle did not make the shipment via boat due to unspecified driver issues. This meant another delay. My vehicle was originally going to make it by December 12, then December 21/22. It finally arrived after being put on a ship the following week on December 27th. I had to rent a vehicle due to this companies ineptitude and total inability to manage contracts and shipments. Something they boast "thirty years of experience" doing on their website. When speaking to Jimmy, the random "supervisor" on the phone regarding rental reimbursement, I was informed that they do not reimburse rentals because their shipments are all estimates per the contract. While this is true, I was given information via telephone on four separate occasions that was all false. When he said he would "help me understand how this works" and that TransCar "barely makes a profit" on vehicle shipments, I decided it would be better to let other potential customers know how terrible this company is than try and fight with a guy on the phone. In the end, I believe they owe me $400 in rental fees because they proved totally incompetent at shipping a vehicle. I do not recommend this company. I recommend you use your own semi-truck shipment and then hire Matson from the Long Beach Port to Hawaii because Matson was the only reliable part of this process.
