Picking up my granddaughters first car in Gulfport Fl to transport to Seaford Ny great company to work with fair pricing and great service

HORRIBLE!! We contracted with this broker to transport our car from Bonita Springs to PA and signed a contract and gave Chris a $150 deposit, total cost $800. The week of pick-up we had not heard a thing from Chris about when the car would be picked up.
I made multiple calls and texts to Chris and finally heard from him the day before pick-up. Said he was waiting for driver to let him know when he would get car.
Very Long story short- driver never showed, had to find alternate option with no notice- which had to paid much more.
Chris never returned my $150 deposit- even though he said he would.
Not ethical, poor service, no response to calls and text.
I would never use this company.

beware of this company!! We contracted with this broker to transport our car from Sarasota to Elmira, NY and signed a contract and gave Chris a $150 deposit, total cost $800 . two days before pick-up we had not heard a thing from Chris about when the car would be picked up. I made multiple calls and texts to Chris and finally heard from him the day before pick-up. The driver showed up and would not take the car unless we paid him the entire $800. He did not care that we had paid a deposit. He and Chris were shaking us down. Most people that transport have plans to fly out shortly after car pick-up. I tried to contact Chris multiple times, calling and texting. His voicemail was full. So, I took my money back from the driver, $650 cash. Within 10 seconds I had a call from Chris stating that I should give the driver the $800 and he would credit my credit card the $150 deposit within 3 minutes. I gave the driver the $800, he took our car. when we got home we did not have the $150 on our credit card, but an email stating that our card would be credited the money within 7 business days. Not good. I tried calling Chris again, and no response to calls and texts. Finally Chris agreed to refund the $ and showed up the next day with the money. Do not trust Chris.

This guy can't deliver and/or is a fraud. As I got closer to the move date he would not respond to any correspondence and would not refund my deposit. He must pay his friends to give him 5-star reviews. To post this I must give him an undeserved 1-star. Stay away!

I contacted this company to ship my car from VA to WA. Initially i heard back from Chris almost immediately and had no problems with communication. I was originally told a $100 deposit but when I got my paperwork it said $150 but I paid anyway. Less than a week before my car was to be shipped I tried contacting Chris two days in a row via call, email and text and heard nothing back. It wasn't until I sent him a text saying I was going to leave him a bad review that he finally responded saying he had to handle somethings. It's very worrisome that he didn't respond to me just days before my car was to be picked up and I had no further information that I did not feel comfortable with him being in charge of my vehicle. The reason I gave him two stars instead of one is because he did refund my deposit although it took a couple reminders on my end.

This company quoted shipping my car and then did not respond to several texts, emails and phone calls when I tried to schedule the shipment. Stay away from this disreputable company, they obviously don't honor their quotes.
