Transport Connection

Was looking to have a new car transported, so I sought out shipping services. Terrible mistake. If I could give it 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. This guy is so disrespectful. Bill called me, and talked for 20+ minutes all about how he's the best, and wouldn't let me get a single word in. When I said I was not interested, I was flooded with texts, emails and voicemails with him calling me vulgar names. The lack of professionalism is wild. Wouldn't let this guy coordinate a bathroom break.

Bill was able to secure a cost that beat the 17+ offers I received and was very transparent about the shipping operations. He stood out by offering to conference call in the carrier and made the instructions abundantly clear to the driver/carrier. He also followed up with the driver to ensure pickup and delivery. not only did he provide a discount on his broker fee to beat the competition, he negotiated with the carrier to get me an additional $50 off the delivery cost. This was especially helpful as my vehicle is in a somewhat remote location in Delaware.

In a business filled with scammers on Shiply and other sites, Bill was a real, US based owner who knows the business and is well seasoned. I'd trust him with any car.

Transport Connection is a sham of a company. Merely look at theresponces that he, the owner of the company gives to both, unsatisfied and potential customers that decided to rakethwir money elsewhere. As a potential customer i will nevr use a company that harasses people the way that this guy does. Don't contact this company for a quote. If you do, and decide to go elsewhere you will never hear the end of his anger and hatred. Again I will never ship with this company even though i am in need of transport. I just hope that the stalkings of mr. bill have not defamed anyone but if he has I hope itl ands him in a place to beheld responsible. Good luck and again go somewhere else to ship.

I was looking for a company to transport my car. I went on a site. I got a ton of bids, emails, and texts. Bill Avrich, the owner of transport connection, sent me a bid. I replied,"too much". He sent another one, "still too much". He proceeded to send me pictures of poop, Nazi porn pics, Nazi port links, call me the C word, a whore, a slut, a harlot. F-ing this and F-ing that. He dropped many many f bombs in about 10 one sided nasty communications. Texts, emails, voice mails. It got worse. He left me the most vile, screaming voice mail I have ever heard in my entire life. (and I worked with Marines, I am no prude). He told me he was going to come after me, and make me so miserable I'd wish I was dead because I don't know who I am dealing with. I saved and or screen shotted them all, and finally blocked him. There are probably more threats in my blocked folder. I can't deal with it, don't want to know. I reported him to Transportreviews.com, and they went through and deleted all of the 1 star reviews this guy has, telling the same story. So, they are enabling him. I sent them the voicemail, and all the screen shots. But? They don't answer.
Meantime? He threatened me and my family. I reported him to the FBI. This is hate speech, and felonious. I have not heard from them. Shocking. I am afraid of this guy. My advice: Don't just avoid this guy... run away far and fast. And, if you find out I'm dead? it was him.

Playing the price game on Central Dispatch another cheap Broker out of South Florida.

Where do I start? This guy contacted me and basically told me I had been duped by selecting a highly reputable, licensed company to have a car moved. His text was offensive from the start. When I responded to him he called me the C word. I called the number to confirm his identity and he threatened to kill me. I hope this man gets the help he needs before he hurts someone.

I am 100% disabled combat veteran, I had my truck sent up to Colorado for refit for my disability and looked around for a different shipper to have it brought back. I recieved a call from Bill Avrich, said he was the owner, told me how much he was charging, I tried to tell him I paid less than that less than 2 months before, he immediately started cussing me out, and sending me texts, gross pictures, and started harassing calls to my phone and leaving messages from several numbers. Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, I would put him below the SOB insurgent that took my leg and arm. People should avoid.

I,m transportation person. Pick up from transport connection few orders.each order broker tell me about each customers so bad his position .He sayd all customers ffffffff-----fffff----ffffff..From customers side report about this broker not good most so bad report.From another transport company so bad level report about Transport Connection broker.From my side not recomendarion work with this broker if you are not liked measing money and good healthy live. So I literally joined yelp and downloaded the app so I could leave this review. I don't know how this is an actual company. When the guy called me back about transporting my vehicle I told him I already had a contract with someone else that I signed earlier today. He then proceeded to tell me to go F#ck myself and called me an idiot. 5 stars for their passion for transporting vehicles. Zero stars for their people skills.

I contacted this company to dispatch a load and within 3 seconds of them picking up the phone with a horrible attitude and rude tone some guy said "if you aren't saying anything I'm hanging up" maybe his signal wasn't the best because I had said hello but even then he had literally just picked up the phone I don't understand where all that anger came from and he proceeded to just hang up every time I called back terrible customer service

Terrible company. Would not ever consider in the future.

I was contacted by this company to book a car shipment. I told him I was already under contract with someone else and he proceeded to swear at me calling me a F%$#ing idiot multiple times. Telling me that customers like me are the reason the industry was going down. He yelled and yelled until he was in a rage then hung up the phone. I didn't even get more than ten words out with this dude.

Spoke to Bill on the phone...extremely rude, belligerent and unprofessional. Their 1.5 star rating speaks for itself...terrible company ..would NEVER do business with them again

Unprofessional we'd choice used in our discussion for negotiating price. Constantly harasses through "marketing" with his over priced service due to excessive 200$ broker fee. Bill is volatile and a loose cannon in regards to his attitude. Would not recommend using this service.

This company offended me and they are racist and discriminates against Hispanics for no reason. I disrespect and offended me because I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Edit: 11/21/21 So now I get two voicemails from this douchebag that he is going to wreck my business and broadcast all over the internet how my Company is bad. Already reported .him and sent his voicemails and text to authorities

This man is literally mentally ill. I guess my contact info ended up on Yellow Brick Road. He spammed my phone with all these texts saying I will be sorry unless I use his company, etc etc. Very high pressure. I told him I didn't like his high pressure sales tactics and I'm doing my research. Well see the attached screen shot of the text where he EXPLODED on me. Then after saying BLOCKED. He called me twice, left 2 voicemails, and went on a verbal tirade! Honestly for a minute I thought of calling the police to report threats and harassment. I'm not even mad because I recognize mentally ill people. He needs help.

Racism at its finest. I told him I wasn't interested and he screamed at me, threatened me and sent me a text calling me a spic. Yea buddy I really want your business now lmao. You clown!!!!! I'd rather burn my car then give you any type of business. Negative 1 star !!!!

Nice until you have a problem. Then suddenly screaming at me and hanging up when I ask him to explain where my car is. Very aggressive and angry guy. Helped me figure out where it was eventually, but so so rude in the process.

The owner Bill called me this morning and was immediately aggressive. Told him I had already figured it out, thank you for your time anyway. His first response was "dont give me the bums rush, listen to me asshole"

And you're the owner of a company? That's pathetic that when somebody doesn't want to use your service you call them an asshole?

This guy is a horrible business person and someone I would avoid at all costs.
