Worst experience of my life don't trust these guys. They are completely incompetent. ray the dispatch is very rude .

If I can give zero stars I would. BEWARE!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE!! Our car left California in perfect condition, not a scratch, not a nick and it came back with scratches all over, dents, damaged sensor, scratched mirror, drivers side, front, back...I mean damage everywhere! Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself. This company does not care for your vehicle, trust me find someone else! I had to file a police report and now have to deal with a no name insurance to fix this headache.

Derek and his team did everything they said they would do and more. I was in a bind and the other company I had found online was stringing me along. After giving that company 5 days to get my new car shipped from NYC to NV, I was thankfully connected with Derek. After only 30 minutes, Derek was able to confirm that he could get it done the next day. From that point on, everything went extremely smoothly. I was even able to communicate with my driver the entire trip so I knew exactly where my car was each day and knew exactly when I was going to receive it. The other company gave me at ETA of my car arriving between 10-14 days. Derek told me no more than 7 days. I got it in 5 days! The driver he hired is a professional driver with 30+ years experience and is responsible for transporting exotic cars all over the country. Not only was my car treated very well, it didn't have a single blemish on it from transport as well. I chose to go the enclosed route, which was just one more nice touch Derek offered.

I can't thank Derek and his team enough and will recommend them to any and every person I can.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY AND OVERALL COMAPNY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! EXREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I booked my car to be shipped over a month ago and I found out the day before (becaus I called, not Transpotation King) that no driver was ever scheduled to pick up my car. I had called the agent I had been working with multiple times to find out the status of my move but the agent avoided all of my calls. According to the owner, he did not even know where is employee was but he did assure me that he would take care of me and find me a driver. Well, he never did and when I tried to contact the owner, he avoided my calls as well. When I finally was able to get ahold of the owner, he yelled at me for attempting to call multiple times. I have never in my life experienced a business owner scream at me for attempting to find out details.

Currently dealing with transport king, they were supposed to pick up my car Saturday it's now Wednesday. Apparently they can't pick up until tomorrow and I'm already out of the state.. this is my first time working with any kind of transport company and communication is pretty bad.

Never ever go for transport king. I failed to read the reviews before approaching them. I came to know only after booking with them. As mentioned in the reviews, they are fraud and I became a victim of it.
there was one with name Mark, I spoke to him only once that too when he was asking for my email id to sent the document. After then, I was never able to approach him or contact him. He gave me all lame excuses by messaging that he was in a meeting and he was in a hospital and so on. He never approached any driver for my vehicle pick up and it was never done.
Fortunately, I was able to get a professional CAR shippers (SHIP A CAR) who were able to help me on time and delivered as promised.
NEVER EVER APPROACH TRANSPORT KING. Its my sincere advise else u will regret and not sure whether you would get hold of some one at the last moment as i got
