Beware of these scammers! After paying the deposit, they vanish, ignoring your calls. When you ask for the deposit back, they claim it's processing. The last time I called, the lady hung up, accusing me of being rude. Considering legal action. They also frequently change their company name, so exercise caution.

Very rude company who keeps changing their name to avoid paying their drivers. In June my company was hired to transport 3 vehicles but did not receive payment. The people who answer the phone are very rude. They kept saying a check will be mailed but never received it. I've been calling many times for the last 4 months only to give me the run around and now they are saying Travelers auto transport is no longer in business but the same phone number is active under a different company name.

I was hired as a transporter to transport three vehicles for the long haul in May for $800 but only received $500. Travelers Auto Transport said they would mail in the difference but never did. They have been giving me the runaround, and today, 9/22/23, I was told by Steven that the company is no longer in business and that once it's active again, they will pay me the $300 balance. What a joke of a company!! Do not do business with these scammers.
I will gladly remove this review once I'm paid in Full.

THE BEST AROUND!! My daughter was starting her next chapter of going to college 2,200 miles away from home. We researched many transport companies and wanted to start a relationship with one since we would be doing this 2x a year. She is now a senior and have transported 7x with senior rep James and Travelers Auto Tranport. Everytime he has come through including discounts certain times of year. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Have recommended to many colleagues. TOP NOTCH. GREAT COMPANY.
Be Warned: They don't honor pick up dates (2 weeks late), horrible communication if at all, and then they use your car as their own personal car. The car was delivered finally 2 weeks late filthy both on the outside and the inside and with 180 extra miles on the odometer and 1/2 tank of gas used. HORRIBLE, terrible people that all they say is read your contract. DO NOT SIGN THIS BOGGUS CONTRACT! RUN, RUN, RUN, or at least drive your own car since it will have the miles on it anyway. Oh, and did I mention RUN!
Once they had my deposit it was radio silence, all they are are brokers that take your deposit and hand it off to some trucking company. This is when they wash their hands of the transaction and you are on your own. Once you finally complain is when they get nasty and say to read your contract. Bogus, Scammers that take advantage of people.
Travelers Auto Transport constantly lied to us, ruined our move plans and stole our money.
About a month before our move I filled in a quote request to ship our car through some 3rd party website that came up among Google ads.
Immediately my phone rang, Mike from Travelers Auto Transport. He presented himself as the most reliable and trustworthy car shipping company, offered to move our car from Pittsburgh PA to Seattle for $1550 and promised that the car would be picked up around 6/8/2022 and assured me that it would be no later than our flight date of 6/12/2022. He took my credit card number to charge a deposit of $300 and the rest would be paid in cash to the driver on delivery. After the conversation they sent me an email confirmation with the order number 25807939, pick up date, deposit and total amount. They also sent me a web form to fill in the pick up and drop off details, among those forms there was a contract that I had to sign. The contract did not look as nice and assuring as what Mike verbally said. However, by this time they already charged my credit card and Mike sounded nice, so I signed the contract.
We haven't heard from them until the day of the move. Then we started to call them multiple times a day. Every time they said that they are working with a driver on a pick up and would call us back within an hour. Never calling back. Every time they promised that the car would be definitely, 100% be picked up by our flight day. Day after day. The flight day came and we left the car behind with a neighbor. A couple more days pass and finally they call us and say that they have a driver for us, but this driver demands $2200 instead of the $1250, which Mike initially promised.
At this point I understood that this company is a scam, we as customers were in the most vulnerable state, our car was kept hostage far away, we urgently needed our car in Seattle and they kept giving us false promises for a week to make sure that we don't book with another company. It is very easy for them to raise prices to whatever they want and customers have no choice. I went into a verbal fight with Mike and other people in the company, accusing them of constantly lying to us and getting even more lies back. I demanded our money back. Mike said that they would only refund us if I sign a paper saying that I would not post a negative review, which I refused. They tried to call us again saying that they have a different driver for $1900.
I refused and booked with a different company, who quoted a cheaper price and didn't charge the credit card until the driver was assigned.
Of course, we did not get our $300 deposit back. Be warned, find a more trustworthy company.
