I set up a vehicle pick up with Chloe, she kindly told me transport would pick up my vehicle on March 15, and my vehicle would be delivered on March 22 in GA. I called on the 14th to confirm the pick up, left her a message never heard back from her, called customer service and was told thats not how it works, that they had my vehicle set to be put out for a carrier to maybe pick up within a week from March 15th. I called back Monday the 18th, still no carrier, I made other arrangements since I needed my vehicle in GA on the 22nd. I called on Wednesday to cancel the service, Josh very rudely tells me he's going to charge the $250 cancellation fee. I explained to him what Chloe had told me, never saying they MIGHT pick up my vehicle SOMETIME! Josh said since I was getting agitated he was going to charge me the whole 300 bucks instead! I again explained to him what I had discussed with Chloe, he said he was going to listen to the record of the call, puts me on hold for 1 minute and came back said "for future reference" do your research because nothing is guaranteed! thanks for the heads up Josh!! I will do my research for next time and stay away from your rude and lying company!

Terrible company they hire contractors with out insurance. There driver dropped my Ducati off the trailer and don't want to pay to have it fixed. They don't carry insurance. I used Dana and she was great with the booking but when the bike was damaged she was no where to be found. I would not recommend them at all.

Dear Michael Pascucci,
As mentioned on our last call we would like to state everything that has happened in this email in order to have a clear understanding of the current situation.
Please also note that you can find a copy of your contract with us, a complaint filed on your behalf to FMCSA/DOT, as well as the insurance letter provided by Voglane's Insurance regarding the denial of the order.
The incident occurred based on the information provided by Voglane; the bike fell off of the trailer due to an emergency break, in a first instance the carrier offered to pay for the damages out of pocket, unfortunately this deal did not go through since as per them the estimate provided from your end was also for a side of the bike that they claim was NOT damage.
Due to that you had decided to take the bike to a shop for an estimate which ended up totalling $12,369.09 which the carrier again denied to pay since they claim they did not cause that amount of damages.
We have provided you with Voglane's insurance which will also be attached to this email, it is important to note that Voglane Logistics LLC is an insured carrier, however, the driver scheduled by Voglane was not scheduled for this route, which led to the claim being denied by the insurance company.
As per our contract the vehicle is insured by the carrier's insurance, in this case Prime Insurance Company, information that was sent to you.
All of that being said, we have exhausted all efforts get in touch with the carrier in order to arrange a resolution for the issue, unfortunately the carrier has not been cooperative about the situation, and not willing to make any negotiation for the damage(s) due to denying all damages listed were their responsibility.
Please refer to us if there is any information on this email that requires a more detailed explanation or if you require any other information regarding the carrier.

The driver did do the damages as I have the before and after pictures of the Ducati. the driver also decided to fix the Ducati on his own with duct tape bond and spray paint. You guys are not an honest company and tried to deceive the customer.

My car arrived safe and sound. My only concern was that you could not reach the driver for a couple of days. The first car you brought to me took less than 48 hours. This one took almost a week. That would be more acceptable if you had better communication with you drivers. The unknown was nerve racking.

I always use this company to transport my motorcycles.
From California to Denver the same day I called my bike was picked up. It was at my house the next day late afternoon. Worth every penny.
They are professionals at what they do. Courteous, responsive and fair.

I've used other companies in the past. Waited weeks sometimes months. Had one bike transported by Haul damaged the bike and took a month.
If you were going to transport a motorcycle, use ultimate transport 123 call them and ask for Anthony. Nobody better period.

This company hired a trucking company, Micron Trucking to transport my fathers car. They damaged his car, which everyone agrees, but refuses to pay for repair. Ultimate Transport states your car is insured through them as well on their website but when you mention that they say read the contract. Zero help and it's been 8 months since damage. They just contract out trucks and you are NOT covered if the trucking owner decides not to pay. WOULD NOT USE EVER AGAIN or RECOMMEND THEM. Josh is a liar and will not help you at all.
In response to your comment, I have power of attorney over my father, so yes I am allowed to handle this. You broker out all your trucking. Please send me a picture of your fleet if this isn't so. Once again lying instead of taking care of the damage your transport did to a 80 year old veterans vehicle.

Overall experience was positive, the driver was very professional and kept me up to date with times and location. The only negative was the time for initial pick up. I was told it would be picked up in 1-3 days, but it was not picked up until 9 days later. It was not a major issue for us, we were in no rush for the delivery.

My story: At the time (2020), they advertised that the drivers were their employees. They were not, they were contractors. They did tell me that on the phone but it was a contradiction to the advertising. Total trip was quoted and paid. I was advised I didn't owe the contractors anything.
I was moving a car from the FL Keys to PA. The trip required a small mover to get to the mainland. That mover called me at pick up and said I owed him $200.00 for the trip. I couldn't get ahold of ULT123 so met him and paid. He took the car at that point. (My mistake shame on me).
I finally got ULT123 and they said that was not accurate and they'd credit me. When the car got to destination, my sister in law called to say that that carrier was demanding payment or they wouldn't leave the car. I told her to say no, and they left w the car. I called ULT123 and told them I had reported the car to the police as stolen, and Lo and behold, the car was dropped off.
So this was 3.5 yrs ago, I'd not left a review but since then they called me once to either ask if I needed another service or for me to review them (it was a while ago, but I think it was to review them). I told the kid my story and he said he'd look into it and have someone call me. Never happened.
I just got a text from them saying they'd love to provide additional services if I needed them.
I get that this is all automated but after thinking about it, decided to share my experience about the company.

I had requested our car be transported from Long Beach to Pompano Beach, Florida.After having an issue with Montway where they changed a quote by $350 we went to Ultimate Transport in Baldwin. Spoke to salesman Steve who said that they weren't like all these other transport companies. After speaking to Steve I received a call the next day from Michelle who said she had found a driver for me and that he would call the next day to arrange a pickup time. I had told Michelle that the car had to be picked up by tomorrow as we had a flight reservation down to Florida the next day. The driver Jorge called me and said he would pickup between 3 and 6 pm. Earlier possibly. 4 pm the next day after not hearing from Jorge I called him and asked what was going on. He explained that he had transmission problems and couldn't get to me until tomorrow(thanks for letting me know). We now had to cancel our flight after already checking in. OK. Next day I received a call from Jorge who said he wasn't going to make that day either. At this point I went ballistic and called Ultimate Transport and asked to speak to a manager. I was then given over to Josh who was absolutely useless in resolving the issue. Ultimately I was given a new driver. The new driver named Devon never called at all. When I called him I left a message on his voice mail. No call. I looked up the carrier he represented online I saw that the number was the same number that Ultimate Transport people had given me. I got Devon on the phone and he asked me to text him the pickup address(didn't Ultimate Transport give him that address??) and somebody would be there that night to pickup the car. NOBODY showed up and I again had to cancel a flight I had already checked in for. I then decided to drive my car myself from NY to Florida. I am now OUT the $225 deposit I gave Ultimate Transport. This experience was beyond anything I have ever dealt with and I have not received ANY followup from Ultimate Transport. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE to transport ANYTHING!!!! I wish I could somehow give negative stars to this group of incompetent rip off artists.

Ultimate Transport has been my shipper for the past 6 cars I have purchased in California and shipped to Cape Cod. Always reasonable pricing and always reliable. I have tried others in the past but count on Ultimate Transport now and in the foreseeable future.

Everything went very well! They were easy to communicate with and delivered on their promises and commitments.

Received a text stating a driver was assigned and would pick-up on Friday 12/08. The bike was delivered on Sunday 12/10. On monday December 4, 2023 on our way back to New York our vehicle broke down in Maryland it turned out to be a transmission issue i googled transport vehicles from state to state and this was the first company to come up i called and spoke to Dana she was very nice and professional and gave us all the information we needed within 5 minutes she explained everything without me asking any questions everything was completed once the conversation ended. I was pleased to also know that this company is in long Island where we were located. The vehicle was picked up promptly and delivered to our address. They made sure we knew when vehicle was being picked up and approximate time of delivery without me asking they stayed in contact with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone their customer service was excellent and their prices are excellent they were very honest and reliable you can tell this isba good family that cares and puts pride into their business, which you dont rarely see anymore most companies are trying to rip you off or unclear about hidden fees because they know you are in a emergency situation and they tru and take advantage. The driver was excellent very professional very respectful very nice great person the company is lucky to have him he must be family because he was so pleasant driving so many hours and still managed to have a smile on his face its good to know that there are still some good people around excellent representation of the company my overall experience with this company was excellent when ever needed again i would use this company.

On monday December 4, 2023 on our way back to New York our vehicle broke down in Maryland it turned out to be a transmission issue i googled transport vehicles from state to state and this was the first company to come up i called and spoke to Dana she was very nice and professional and gave us all the information we needed within 5 minutes she explained everything without me asking any questions everything was completed once the conversation ended. I was pleased to also know that this company is in long Island where we were located. The vehicle was picked up promptly and delivered to our address. They made sure we knew when vehicle was being picked up and approximate time of delivery without me asking they stayed in contact with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone their customer service was excellent and their prices are excellent they were very honest and reliable you can tell this isba good family that cares and puts pride into their business, which you dont rarely see anymore most companies are trying to rip you off or unclear about hidden fees because they know you are in a emergency situation and they tru and take advantage. The driver was excellent very professional very respectful very nice great person the company is lucky to have him he must be family because he was so pleasant driving so many hours and still managed to have a smile on his face its good to know that there are still some good people around excellent representation of the company my overall experience with this company was excellent when ever needed again i would use this company.

Ultimate Transport shipped my car from KY to WA. The price was right, Instructions about the procedure were clear. Watching You Tube videos about the nature of car shipping prepared me mentally about dates changing. But the change was not drastic.
My car was delivered in perfect condition. I would use Ultimate Trsnsport again.

Worst experience ever, do not use these guys!!!! Late booking, then driver cancelled, waited 5 more days, nothing. Called repeatedly, no call backs - until I threatened to cancel. Contract said on front page that I wouldn't get billed until car was PICKED UP (not upon dispatch), but they charged me when first driver was dispatched. Ultimately cancelled and lost my money!!

So they pick up my car and I get told it will be delivered in 2 days from the Saturday it was picked up. Perfect. We specifically asked that it be shipped quick because I have two young children in car seats. Again being promised rainbows and unicorns. Uber can be expensive and nearly impossible with a 1 & 3 year old. The day came and no car(Monday). I get told Wednesday it will be here Wednesday comes no car. I get told Friday at 5. Well it's 5 and no one is answering. Am I suppose to just wait around all day for a car? Then after having to get nasty on the phone, I get told Monday which is now today. I get told 5pm. 5 comes the driver calls and says 7-8:30. Cool. I waited around all day. I figured he wasn't even gonna show up so I told my new boss I got Sick in fear of loosing this position for not being reliable. Completely ruined my opportunity's and plans that I made thinking this car was coming a whole week ago. For the amount I paid I could've bought a flight back to NY and driven my car to Florida and it would've been here within 2 days and I would've saved myself money. LALITA SINGH IS A LIAR. THIS WHOLE COMPANY LIES. She couldn't even answer my messages! Like seriously?? They say whatever it is they need to say to make you "happy" how about the truth?? I will never use this company or refer them. I hope they shut down! I could literally catch them in a lie. How does the estimated time go from Friday at 5pm go to Monday at 9pm? That's Over 72 hours. Someone's lying. Poor truck driver told me a lot of people are mad at him and it's not his fault. I bet since he works for a company that LIES!

If I could give them a zero rating I would! On the 27th I received a call as I was needing a transport done they told me it could be done on the 27th 28th or 29th for a specific cost. I asked them if it could be done on the 29th as I had to choose a day. They told me I would have my vehicle picked up on the 29th and delivered on the 29th. I was told I would have a driver call me 24 hours in advance to give me an estimated time of pickup and when that did not happen I waited till the next day and began calling them. I was told I had to speak with the sales rep, Jeremy, who has refused to answer any of my calls or return any of my calls. When I call they tell me they cannot give me any details of when it could possibly be transported that they're waiting on a driver. Several times today I've Been told that someone would reach out to me and give me an update. It is now 5:00 p.m. and I reached back out to the company and in a chat bot I'm being told that they can't tell me when it would be picked up or delivered that it could be today or some other day they don't know. After the general manager Alex spoke with me he was very helpful and the customer service from him was good he addressed the issues and is making it right I would use this company again because of the great customer service Alex performed on our phone call.
Customer beware! Salesperson Dana Passmore of Ultimate Transport was not upfront and neither is the contract you will be asked to sign. I was told there would be no reservation cancellation fee. I booked May 24, 2023 for a transport of my vehicle the end of July. Called on June 1, 2023 to cancel. Dana told me I would have a credit with their company. A credit? Yes she replies $250. I was not told their would be a cancelation fee, I said. She replied "You didn't ask. But let me see what I can do for you. Please reply ok to the text I am sending you now so I can cancel your reservation. I will plead your case to my Manager." I was not sure about this text. She kept repeating reply ok. So I can cancel your reservation. She asked me no less than 4 time to reply ok to a text. Finally I replied ok.
When I got home and checked the contract their was no mention of $250 cancellation fee. But the text did say I agreed to $250 cancellation fee. I doubt a text is a binding contract. So much for an honest company or salesperson. Stay clear of Ultimate Transport.
I was shopping around for quotes to ship my vehicle and I spoke with a man named Jeremy for the possibility of using Ultimate Transport. He was offering $120 more total cost than a different transporter. Rather than negotiating or explaining how their business is better and worth the extra cost, he tried to use scare tactics to gain business. I ended up going with the other company which resulted in him blowing up my phone with aggressive texts, claiming I was being "conned and scammed." I understand everyone wants to gain business and make a profit, however, there is NO grounds to be so aggressive just because you failed to offer the best price and an informed customer chose a different (better) option. No legitimate or respectable business should have to resort to sending paragraph upon paragraph via text trying to manipulate and scare potential clients into using their service. His emotional volatility as a result of business rejection makes me SO glad I went with a different carrier. I don't want to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to have someone with such little stability and ability to reason in control of my business and valuables. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

I was CRYSTAL CLEAR I intended to pack my car before shipping it from LA to FLA.... They said 'no problem' and promised (by text, on the phone AND in writing) there would be no extra charge. (the actual transport company charged me - or my car would still be stuck in LA)
I was CRYSTAL CLEAR their service was door-to-door AND once they set the pick up date that I would be buying a plane ticket : they said 'no problem" (even though I added TWO buffer days beyond the sked p/u - I ended up having to enlist the help of a friend to meet the driver - who then had to Uber back to his own car AND I had to get a friend to drive & meet the driver in FLA)
I was CRYSTAL CLEAR that I would only be charged the initial deposit AFTER / UPON my car getting picked up (they charged it the same day I signed the 'contract')
And the moment they have your deposit - and problems start - count on your "broker" to GHOST YOU. The guy I had was CASEY - who promised to walk me through every step of the way. When the problems started - he stopped replying altogether - despite desperate, frantic pleas for help.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Contact an actual freight company and not a Broker.
Zero Stars for this company. Where do I begin??? Let me start by saying, anyone who considers using this company to transport their car should consider seeing a psychiatrist first. I just returned home from Florida. I've been there since December 2022. I guess you could call me a "snow bird". I signed a contract with Tobey B. (a broker for Ultimate Transport) in October 2022 to have my 2 vehicles shipped round trip from New Jersey to Florida and back. The price we agreed on (signed in the contract) for both cars) was $3,300. Now, understand that this company's sales pitch is they are the only company that GUARANTEES their price in a signed contract. Well, this is one of the many LIES that this company is noted for. The process of getting my cars back to NJ almost put me in the insane asylum! In fact, the last 2 days prior to my leaving Florida was spent back and forth on the telephone with the incompetent representatives from Ultimate Transport 123 trying to get a date (before my flight) to have my cars transported. The answer I kept getting every time I called was, "We're working on it." More LIES!!! And try to get a hold of a manager or supervisor on the phone. You'll get the same answer, "They're on a break, " they're in a meeting," "they're on the other phone," and last but not least, "they'll call you back." It NEVER happened!! I did everything possible to get a definite time and date to have my cars picked up. My broker, Tobey B. refused to answer my calls, return my emails, and return my voice messages. Gee, I wonder why??? GUILTY AS SIN!!! The bottom line here is in order for me to get my cars transported back home in a reasonable time and day, I had to pay an additional $800. By the way, I left on Thursday, May 4th to catch my flight, and my cars still weren't picked up. Thankfully, a neighbor I just met this year volunteered to give the keys to the driver, 2 days after I left!!! ​I had no choice but to agree to sign a "new" contract for the additional charge of $800 if I wanted my cars back in a reasonable time. Who know if my cars would have still be sitting in Florida if I didn't come up with the $800. In summary: This company should be sued. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Their representatives are working remotely from different locations throughout country and are very unintelligent. They all are trained to LIE. And last but not least, one of my cars arrived with a very loud rattling sound after it was taken off the trailer and I drove it back to my home. I contacted the driver of the trailer. Unfortunately, he didn't know what to tell me. Was he going to admit it was his fault? Of course not! People reading this. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOU VEHICLE. THEY MIGHT OFFER YOU THE CHEAPEST PRICES, BUT THEY ARE FULL OF S**T!!! LIARS, LIARS, LIARS!!!!!!
This is my honest experience and no one paid me to write this. PLEASE do NOT give these people your business. They will tell you that other companies charge you up front and never pick up your car and that is exactly what they did to me. They will lie to you and make it seem like they have their own drivers but they use third party carriers just like everyone else, and charge you double their rates. It's honestly been so shocking to me how shameless these people are. They will use the term "guarantee" but that means nothing. Getting your money back from them is impossible. They will blatantly lie about what they did to your credit card company and even the Better Business Bureau. They say the only way they will give back your refund is if you agree to never write a bad review so as bad as their reviews are, there's way more negative experiences with Ultimate who just didn't want to deal with them anymore and agreed not to say anything to get their money back. There's way more respectable shipping companies at half the price who are more honest and trustworthy. If anything happens to your car while in their care you're on your own. If this is how they act trying to get a deposit back I'm glad I didn't risk losing my whole car.
This company will promise a specific pickup and delivery date and then not honor it. This happened with me. I called to complain and they just didn't care. I asked for a price adjustment and was told they don't do that. If you book with this company, you're taking a big risk and making a deal with the devil. Don't do it. Very unethical.
