United Car Transport

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! When I was moving out of state, I made my reservation, received a confirmation, I paid them to transport my car, they took my money and never showed up on the day we confirmed. Then when they realized they messed up, they stopped answering all my one million calls to all their phone numbers and began to only text me. I was frantic! BY TEXTING ME ONLY, they tried to get me a transport company to pick up my car the day after my reservation date which was the actual day of my move and airline flight, but the companies they told me to call were bogus. I had to cancel my airline flight and drive my car 1200 miles all by myself. After I arrived at my destination, I found that United Car Transport ERASED ALL THE TEXTS BETWEEN THEM AND ME. Their messaging app allows them to do that. They refused to give me a refund. I am still fighting them for my refund. Next is the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau. This company should be taken out of business.
