I tried to hire this company. They have poor communication so I ended up hiring someone else. I had called Tony, after a 5 min. phone call with him, he was suppose to change my shipping date for me &
service was great all the way. kept me updated on the delivery from start to end. driver came sooner than expected and treated my motorcycle with respect.

United Freeway transportation came through with my 1977 Cadillac coupe Deville transportation from Morgantown Pa to Santa Ana ca 92705, the Driver Sorbone Momov did a good taking care of the car ,Isaac the salesman did a good job too he gave me a realistic quote and didn't change with any hidden fees, I would use UTF again in the future

scheduled for a car to be picked up and delivered 3 weeks in advance of needing it done. Communication was great initially. Promised me the pickup date and an approx time, told me it would be $500 and we signed a contract. 2 days before the scheduled pickup, I called and they still did not have a driver. Night before, still no driver. Mid day the day of scheduled pick up they found a driver but it would be $900 instead of the $500 we agreed to and have a signed contract for. I told them it was not my fault the driver wanted more money; we had an agreement and I turned down other companies with similar estimates to work with them. I refused to pay more, and they stopped communicating. They left me scrambling trying to find someone last minute to ship a car I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance.
This company is a scam. They do not have their own drivers, they are a broker so you may or may not get your vehicle picked up when they agree to and if you do, be prepared to pay double what they quote you. SCAMMERS!!!

The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the shipment, and DAVE responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with United Freeway Transportation and Dave was outstanding, and I will wait shipping more cars with UFT especially with Dave. Thank you Dave and UFT !!!

About two months ago I came to an agreement to ship my car from Cape Cod to Delray Beach, FL on Oct 1. I said I wanted a guaranteed price because this business is known for wonky pricing. They sent me a contract for $950 which I signed and returned. Two days before they were to pick up my car they said it was $1,500. I sent back a copy of the original contract but it made no difference. So I told them I would not do business with a company that does not honor their contracts and furthermore would go online and let the public know that they tried to pull a bait and switch. Also I would call the CEO of the company and contact the Pennsylvania attorney general. They kept contacting me with lower prices which I ignored. At the last minute I found a better price with another company. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company.

Quoted me at $600 for a pick up today (and I have the invoice and texts to prove it), then changed the price to $1000 (which I declined), then a few hours later said they couldn't find a driver for today at all.
When I asked how he arrived at the price and pick-up date in his quote, the guy had no answer. I think they make it up as they go along.

They are a broker and that's not a bad thing. After shopping around myself for a few days, they by far got me the best price to move an 18' mobile kitchen 1400+ miles. The driver they connected me with was on time, patient, and reliable. He safely delivered our trailer ahead of schedule. Yes, they have thick foreign accents, their website is blacklisted for some reason by my Antivirus, and they try to get the deposit via Zelle (they will invoice you with quickbooks instead if you ask), but I promise you they are 100% legit. I would never hesitate to use them again.

I couldn't be happier after using United Freeway transportation. I had two high end vehicles shipped from PA to TX without a single issue. PIck up and drop off were on schedule, there were no issues or damage to the cars and the price point was excellent. I highly recommend these guys (Jake was great) and would use them again.
If you are seeking to transport a motor vehicle, you need a broker who can arrange for a reliable shipper to pick up and drop off your vehicle. After another broker ghosted me, despite guaranteeing pickup within 1-5 days of making a deposit, I was getting nervous because the seller was relocating out of state within 4 days. On a Saturday, I engaged with United Freeway Transportation and worked specifically with an agent named Jake who contacted me at 2 PM. By 5 PM, Jake's efforts had resulted in securing transport using an enclosed trailer to pick up a motor vehicle nearly 1,700 miles away. That evening at 7:30 PM the motor vehicle was secured by a shipping carrier and was delivered to me just 4 days later. Given my previous experience with another far less scrupulous broker, I can't recommend UFT highly enough for your motor vehicle shipping needs.
