Do not use this carrier for transport of your vehicle. They claim that their employees perform the service but they use third parties to do the work. Plus they charge more than other carriers because of that claim. The tracker that they purport helps you keep track of your vehicle is useless. It doesn't tell you where your vehicle is, only that it's "in transit". Put an AirTag in your vehicle so you can track it. My vehicle was delivered by a third party to a city less than 100 miles from the final destination and sat there for 5 days. My contact with the company could not help me at all! United Road takes your money up front and doesn't perform for you. Don't use them.

I just wanted to leave a review on the services we are receiving from your company. Driver called on Monday stating they were 30 mins away, we sat at pickup location for hours waiting, still no one shows up. Next day driver stop responding, no return call and not answering the phone. I call today and driver stated the vehicle will be delivered today around 1:00. I just called to get update and now the driver is stating they may not deliver today. Bad business and service, we postponed a lot of plans waiting for the driver that was supposedly 30 mins away on Monday now he is stating he is in a whole other city which is ridiculous. I will be leaving a review with BBB as well as IAA.

This company is HORRIBLE my friend works for them and EVERY WEEK for the past 6 months his truck is down, they say it's fixed and instead of them putting him in something better they continue to put him in the same BROKEN TRUCK. Just recently he got he's truck out of the shop and not even 8 house of him working the truck breaks down, and he is left outside in the cold for 6 hours or more. He calls break down and the lady working break down didn't know what she was doing and he had to keep calling her back. To get an ETA and she was VERY RUDE. I wouldn't recommend this company AT ALL until they learn how to treat their employees better than they do. I'm a safety specialist for a trucking company and I would NEVER leave my drives suck outside in the heat or cold like they do. STAY WAY !!!

It took five phone calls with another logistics company to hear the excuse of the mechanical failure that delayed them a day, but then they told the other logistics company they extended it six more days to get it to me. They didn't say why and they still have never called.



I am wasting my money with these clowns. I won't do it again. Don't just walk past this company, run away!

If you want unreliable service along with lying, incompetence, and zero communication then please hire United Road to have all of those needs met. I purchased a vehicle from Vroom over 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, Vroom used United Road to deliver my vehicle from Michigan to AZ. Needless to say, I still haven't received my vehicle. I have contacted Vroom multiple times and they stated they have email confirmation from United Road that my vehicle would be delivered on July 14; then July 16; then July 20, 21, 22...and now they're saying July 25th. Vroom would not give me United Road's phone number so I looked it up myself and contacted them. Jared McQuown, Account Specialist, which is an oxymoron reached out to me stating he was having difficulty finding my vehicle in their system. He asked for the VIN # which I provided as well as the contract # Vroom provided me that proved United Road was assigned to deliver my vehicle. Needless to say, Jared has remained silent ever since I provided the information he requested. You can put "lipstick on a pig" but at the end of the day, you're still stuck with just a "pig". My advice is simple: If you have purchased a vehicle that needs to be delivered, please ask the company which vehicle transport company they are using to deliver your vehicle. If they say, "We are using United Road", either demand a different carrier, or, cancel the deal because you will definitely be let down.

I would give them zero starts if I could. I purchased a car through vroom and they have missed 3 delivery dates. I had no transport show for three vehicles. Rep lied and never had a carrier assigned. Had to drive one vehicle myself at last minute over 1500 miles. They tried to say it was the rep. The supervisor Mary said she would put her best rep on the remaining load of two vehicles. Never received a quote! Worst lack of any kind of integrity. The company is not reliable IMO at ALL. On the Maine Turnpike southbound near exit 3 at about 1:35pm on 12/28/19 one their drivers cut us off, came within inches of a serious accident.



Right after that the driver was weaving in and out of traffic.



I won't judge the company by one driver but if the company is following this page they might want to look into this.



Couldn't make out a license plate or truck number because the truck was so filthy.



This could have been a real tragedy averted only by my wife's fast reactions.



I'm a first responder and I understand just how bad this could have been.

Abe Pilkington was our contact and point man handling all aspects of pickup and delivery. He did a splendid job and was a pleasure to work with. We were very happy with the service, and with the care of our car. United was very easy to work with regarding pickup and delivery. All around good experience.

Terrible! I bought a truck from a dealership and United was supposed to deliver it. It's now three days late and it hasn't even left the lot yet. All I am getting from Shane at United is promises and excuses but no solutions. United primarily is a broker that farms out jobs to other companies and when they can't deliver United just says oh well. United uses small independent drivers whose trucks break down, who don't respond to phone calls, who don't show up on time. The dealer (Rob at Kasper Buick GMC in Sandusky OH) finally stepped up and is driving my vehicle to me on his dime. Read the other one star reviews....same story. Why do dealers use these guys? Great dealer, terrible transport company.

This company was one of a handful of recommended vendors by the dealer. I worked with Mike at United a good month in advance of the car needing to be delivered. I required that that Porsche Panamera be delivered from Baker Motor Company, out of SC, no later than 2-11-2019. It's now 2-11-2019 and the vehicle hasn't even been picked up from the dealer. The dealer and I have called Mike multiple times with no response. I'm now sitting here without a vehicle to drive as my other car was sold to a private party. More expenses incurred now to rent a car. STAY AWAY from this company!

If u r owner operated on the Canadian side do not work for them , there is no managements, and dispatch is all screwed up , they give the loads to there favorite guys and dispatch is sold , keep hiring drivers , but there is no work for everybody, lot of people quit already and some quitting right now , there is no management and nobody answers the phone , u can email them , if lost internet, u r out of luck , even if u do get hold of anybody on the phone, if they don't like to hear u they will hang up on u , I m quitting myself, u can not complain to anybody, if will never work for this company which is disorganized , if complaint , u will be sitting home

United Road Services was recommended to me by my local Honda dealer, who I've been buying/servicing with for many years. URS's Sheri Remelgado took great are of me through the process of shipping an inherited vehicle from Florida to Washington state. I had logistical issues on both ends that required some individual attention and Sheri, as well as the drop off crew on the Washington end, all worked hard for me and made it work. I would rec United Road Services without hesitation and use them again for sure!!

I had logistical issues on both ends that required some individual attention and Sheri, as well as the drop off crew on the Washington end, all worked hard for me and made it work. I would rec United Road Services without hesitation and use them again for sure!!

beyond disappointed in this company. Specially with the truck driver James Dugan. He was suppose to pick up my car at Parkway Motors in Valencia, CA this morning and just decided not to show up. First the dealership try getting in touch with him since Saturday and took forever to respond. I wanted to use my shipping company that has been on point the last 2 times I've used but the dealership wanted to use you guys. Well its Thursday, Sept 8th and they try getting something schedule since Tuesday. If i had used my company i would of had my car 3 days ago. Its hard to trust shipping company in the first place but when they don't even show up and don't return calls, that's a company to stay away from. Sorry if this is just a one of incident, but its unacceptable and this James Dugan should be talked to or fired. Its making your company look bad. I will make sure that every review site knows of this. This is a simple trip from California to Arizona!!! 400 miles!! its not rocket science. My last two shipping companies did it from Florida without any hiccups.

Don't use these guys. Once they give you a quote, they will change the price and blame it on a computer glitch. I booked a reservation for a door-to-door delivery for $914.07 for pick up on a specific date. I have a print out for the confirmation. When I received a call from them, they changed the number by more than $300 and would not honor the original valid quote that was good for 6 more days. So, a quote with them means nothing!

United Road does not practice good business and customer service. We paid United Road the full amount upfront to have our cars shipped. They then gave us an estimated day the cars would be shipped. The estimated day came and no cars or a call from the driver delivering vehicles or from United Road giving an update on car shipping status. We had to call United Road the day after to get an update. Only then did the driver call us back leaving a voice mail. We then called him back and the driver said the cars would be delivered on the Friday at 2pm of that week. We called the driver on Friday at 10am to confirm that he was delivering cars at 2pm like he said he would. The driver then said that he had a headache and wasn't going to be able to deliver cars. I mean couldn't he call to let us to give us a heads up on what was going on?! We then called United Road to talk to a manager and get some answers. I was referred to Valerie which was very rude from the beginning of our conversation. Valerie felt it wasn't necessary to talk to me because my girlfriend was the one who set up the order for the vehicles to be picked up. Not only did I pay for the service, but my truck was also on board the truck along with my girlfriends car, and my information was also on file with my vehicle's information. After I calmly explain to Valerie the situation all she can do is tell me stuff that I already knew. Like, the driver had a headache and that's why he hadn't delivered cars. Meanwhile, I'm trying to explain to Valerie that what I want an answer to is not what I already know, but why we never got a call from the driver or the company with an update? After explaining all this to Valerie calmly she then starts off with "Sir I understand that your vehicle is on the trailer, but your girlfriends name is on the shipping order" I lost it! Again Valerie was trying to dismiss me as not having anything to do with the issue! Very rude for a nicer choice of words!



Bottom line: Not only did we not get a call around the estimated date and had to call United Road, but the second time we were given an actual delivery date the driver didn't deliver and still didn't get an update or a heads up from either the driver or United Road on the day off the delivery. Again, we had to call the driver and United Road to get a status and update. They are irresponsible and have an I don't care attitude! Not only that, but I paid double with United Road than I got quoted for other companies and paid the full amount upfront also! Tomorrow we are supposed to get our cars delivered. Four days later than the original delivery date! Worst experienced I've ever had with a car shipping company!
