Zero stars. Do not trust this company. We were contracted to transport our vehicle from IL to FL. The contact person, Nick kept me in the dark unless I contacted him, regarding the pickup day and time. When the day/time arrived, no truck arrived. Nick claimed the driver's truck broke down, and it would be later if he fixed it, or the next day. The next day, again no truck arrived. Nick's response was, "I couldn't find anyone to transport your vehicle at the price I gave you."

Now we have to cancel three airline tickets and take a loss for that as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Nick is only a broker, pretending to have trucks available for transporting your vehicle. Cannot be trusted.

Horrible customer service. Will take your deposit & not respond.
I had to call the main office several times.
While they looked for a driver.
Once i asked for a refund to find another company.
They charged me a $100 cancellation fee when they couldn't do the job. Make it make sense

Scam!!! They are trying to get you to pay deposit then ghost you. Tried calling and asking for manager but the guy I was speaking to acts like he doesn't know what I am saying when he is unable to answer. Told him i no longer what your service and give me refund, he refused and could never get hold of them again, stay away!!!

Do not use this company. I had the same experience as the other reviewers. Quoted a price, signed a contract, increased the price the day of pick up.
Their contracts are meaningless. I requested a same day pick up and delivery, but they scheduled the pickup between 4-5pm!

Do not use this company. They're frauds. They took a deposit... sent a truck to pick up my car... the driver refused to take it. They didn't schedule another pick up. Game me the run around for a week. I told them for 4 days that I wanted to cancel the order. They are refusing to refund the deposit. This is to the point that I'll be getting the police and lawsuits involved if it isn't resolved quickly.

Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... you'll regret it

Ok, so I've never had to transport a car personally and I went throes helm recently when I moved my home belongings, so I was anxious and hoping everything would work out and that my research would provide positive results. I was moving a classic car and received a ton of quotes fro uBid, and other broker services and everyone warned me about everyone else...it was awesome. So, I pulled the trigger with Sam and...in the end I got the top of the lower prices, a covered transport from CA to Tulsa and it was picked up within 24 hours of booking and delivered two days later in perfect condition. So, to sum up. I'm in shock. And it's the good kind. Thank you Sam!

Worst every experience booking with this company. If you do not want to be cheated and want to have peace of mind then do not go thru this company.
First you will be quoted the lowest possible price which will make you feel that you got the best deal on market.
Then suddenly on the days around the pickup you will be told that the price is now increased and the driver is willing to pick up the car only when the new high price is payed.
The ordeal does not end there, you will be promised that the car will be picked up by specific date and delivered by specific date but when you ask they will say as per contract it is all estimated. You will only get driver's information after you sign the new contract.
I wish I could give less then 1 star here. It has been a terrible experience so far. Due to my time crunch I wish my car is picked up on time and is delivered on time.
I would request yelp to remove this company from the listing so that other people does not get duped by their shady business

I scheduled to get my car picked up & paid a 200$ deposit the lady alexia has hung up on me multiple times and won't return my calls . I have to call from random numbers to get an answer then she hangs up after I give her my quote I.d# when I talk to her she is completely rude I asked to talk to a manager she told me no I was told by her my deposit would be refunded after the week of no driver found to take my car . THIS PLACE IS A SCAM HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with a promise you everything and did nothing just told me a bunch of lies to get a contract then try to up the price because I can't honor their contract refused to refund my money cost me so much more and I would never Recommend this company to my worst enemy I could give zero stars I would stay away from this company at all cost

Bait and switch tactics used on two separate contracts. Sent contract for one price, then calls customer and tries to get them to pay $500 more than agreed.

Gave the company a second chance, same story. Trying to get more money at the last minute, the reps are extremely rude, nasty full of vulgar names. This has been going on for almost a month, and they try to bully the customer into accepting a bill MUCH higher than first quoted.

This place is a SCAM... run run run they absolutely want to get your deposit money then disappear. they will make everything seem legit but once they get your contract they make excuses or simply stop answering .. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Please do not use this company to move your car! They will scam you out of so much time and money. I was given a quote of $875 and ended up paying $1,450 because a driver was basically holding my car hostage.

I paid the $150 deposit, but the day my car was supposed to be moved, no one showed up, even though we told them that the car needed to be picked up that day as we were moving the following morning. We had to leave the car with a friend to be picked up within the following days. Finally, the car is picked up and brought to a garage. I paid $300 to have it released to the new driver, however, it is still kept there for THREE DAYS. Whenever I tried to communicate with the new driver to figure out when he was planning to pick the car up from the garage, he got angry and yelled, telling me that I was "giving him stress." A total of 6 days later, he calls me to say that I need to have $1000 in cash or he will not bring me the car. He also tries to get me to meet him in an isolated parking lot at 6 AM to do the drop-off. When I finally get the car back, it smells strongly of urine and some fixtures (such as the radio) no longer work.

The entire time this was happening, the representatives from Unlimited Distance Transportation did nothing to help, even though I spoke with them countless times. At times, they were just completely unresponsive. Totally unprofessional.

I am putting this review on every site I can find. I want to help other people not fall into the same trap I did. There are so many good and reliable companies that will help you move your car. Please do not use this one!

Did not initially contact me to let me know the carrier/driver was not going to be able to pick up my car on the set date. I had to initiate contact to ask what happened.
Contract wording vague regarding the window within which a driver is supposed to pick up my car (two day window? 6months? who knows?!)
I was promptly reminded of the $200 cancellation fee when I first attempted to cancel the contact after noticing this major red flag (that one's on me for not noticing)
Price increased despite having a locked quote and signed contract. Several attempts were made to have me pay more despite that set contract.
Wrong pick up date texted to me, which caused me to almost miss the pick up, which was a day earlier than texted by the agent. I certainly hope this wasn't done on purpose.
On the positive side: communication was more stable after that first missed date, including through the weekend. Several attempts were indeed made to find me a driver. The set price on the contract was eventually honored at the end.
Car shipping can be rough, but it shouldn't be this hard. Will definitely be checking my credit card for extra charges after reading other reviewers. Don't plan to use them again.

DO NOT USE UD. Total scam company. I signed a contract stating they would transport car from Florida to Pennsylvania for $ 600 with 100 deposit.
I got a call today that car will be dilvered tomorrow and the cost is 1,000 less 100 deposit and I owe 900 instead of 500. I called UD and he told me sorry we fired the guy who gave you contract and there is nothing we can do. I even offered to split difference and he wouldnt do it. I am totally frustrated and going to contact my credit card company along with reporting them to BBB. Bad feeling getting scammed so blatantly.

They ended up reaching back requesting $50 to cancel AFTER A MONTH of me contacting them trying to get my money back. God bless PayPal or else my money would be gone. They are scammers. They will steal your money. Look elsewhere. Their representative Emma is dishonest and will con you!

I used Victor at Unlimited Distance and he was 100% honest and helpful and trustworthy from day 1, and it was a loooong process. I don't know about any of the other sales people, but Victor, the young Asian guy from Unlimited was 5Star....

Update. Do not use this company round 2. after paying the transportation company the broker fee, because I reported my initial charge as fraudulent to VISA, they used my stored card information to charge my card three weeks after delivery AGAIN. I emailed for a refund, I'm not expecting a response and will report that charge as fraudulent and to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They were fast for reply during the agreement but disappeared during pick up day. I was talking to two people when setting this up Nicole and Harry but none of them answered on the actual move day. Now we have to find a different company last minute. Let me remind you this is after the contract.

I had a very last minute transport request and Brad was the most proactive and responsive of the companies that sent me bids. The driver ended up picking up and delivering 12 hours later than what we had scheduled but the delay was well communicated and inconsequential. Overall happy with our vehicle transport.
