So here's how the scam works. They give you a great quote and ask for a deposit. That initial deposit isn't even one and it actually a fee. That does not get applied to your cost to ship the vehicles. They will take that fee and run with your money and never follow up again. Unless you call the 1-800 and bug them to get your cars shipped. Once they decide to actually pick them up, they brokerage it out to another scam company and over charge you from the initial estimate. Ours was $1000 dollars more and say that's the drivers fee. Which is inaccurate. That new fee has a large percentage going to the second brokerage. And they make you place another deposit before they take your cars, this deposit is actually just the fee going directly to the second brokerage. So the first fees paid are the cost to work with them and the second company. The fee you owe at delivery is what the driver actually gets paid. So they make sure you pay that fee to the driver cause that's what they owe the driver. That way if you get mad at them and cancel that payment the driver is the one who gets hurt. The driver and you are the only real people in this process. They take the deposit and ignore you. Until it's time for the payment, They will bully you and threaten you to pay the higher amount cause that's their money. Luckily our driver saved us and knew what was going on. So do not ever use them. Do not answer any callls you don't know. I am not even sure if any of the people that run this business live in the US cause they will call you from all different area codes, harass you, threaten to take your possessions, and blow you and the delivery address up. They didnt even have our address when picking it up- that was our first red flag. They want you to pay direct bank account deposit by using a Zelle phone number. Which is not how it works at all, run away now and cancel you cards if you paid them already. The bank knew exactly who this company is. As you can see they will use your card number for additional Fees after the fact. The authorities will be notified. Plus all companies we used were brand new and had addresses linked to doctors offices!! I found since found -atleast 10 company names they operate under. I just hope no one else gets scammed by them!

Ronnie is a crook. I was quoted a price of $550.00 for a move from Austin Texas to Surprise Az with a deposit paid of $250 leaving a balance of $300.

However they jacked up the price on the day of pick up and refused to take the car unless I paid an additional $325. They refuse to answer phones and are total scams and frauds. I will be contacting the authorities to hopefully shut them down as they do this ALL THE TIME

Everything sounds reputable up front, their website show they have veen in business 10+ years, they are insured, licensed and bonded and the website had good reviews (probably all fake and created) I talked with Ronnie the manager who gave me a quote of $1,200 ($300 down and $900 on delivery) to ship my car from Montana to Georgia with a pickup of Dec 30. I let him know we were pulling out Jan 1 and the car had to be picked up no later than that morning. He assured me that even though it was a holiday weekend it was no problem. (I asked several times) Well, they never came and got my car and Ronnie would not answer his phone, or his emails, and the 800 number in my email receipt for the 300 deposit would ring 20 times and hang up. So we had to leave the keys with a friend. Finally on Jan 2 we got in touch with someone at their 800 number who said he was just a dispatcher and that a driver would be calling me shortly. No driver ever called so I tried Ronnie again on Wednesday. Still no answer and his voice mailbox was always full. Finally got a hold of a dispatcher again on THURSDAY who said they would pick the car up Friday (a week late) but now instead of only 900 on delivery they wanted $1,800 on delivery!! I told them my quote and they said it didn't matter what he quoted, the drivers set the price. We have no choice but to agree or we never would have gotten my car! And the Russian guy who finally dropped it off could barely speak English and insisted I pay him through Zelle. So not only did I get my car a week later than promised, they tacked on an additional $900 . They are liars and not reputable. Do not use them no matter what!

Why can't you give zero stars? This guy Ronnie is disgusting and despicable. I called the 1st time and heard him say "let me get this bitch off the phone" before he even said hello!!! So I hung up. He called back all nicey nice. I wouldn't have answered but my sister said she knew who he was (turned out later she didn't know him as well as I thought). He IMMEDIATELY asked for a deposit to ship my car from Cali to Florida. I took 2 days off work for the pick up to make sure I had plenty of wiggle room. NOBODY SHOWED UP. NOBODY EVEN CALLED OR WOULD ANSWER MY CALLS. It was awful. When I finally got through a few days later they said "were gonna need more money, nobody will transport a car for 1400 dollars". I was like, "what!!!??? That was the price YOU gave me! I didn't give a price!!! I don't know the going rate for this stuff!! I trusted YOU". Anyways, he called me a bitch again and I wasn't even yelling or swearing at him. This man has major anger problems and will snap at you any chance you give him. Something is off. Idk if he's an addict or something but you'll see. He will start yelling and screaming even if you say "but that's not the price you quoted me and I already paid a deposit". That's all I said. Maybe he was drinking when I called. Anyways, something was majorly off. This person is very unstable. Will take your money and run. Run before he does!!! Also, I called a place called Road Runner transport and they got my car to Florida in one price for 1450. Almost the same price Ronnie quoted and then later screamed at me for saying it wasn't reasonable. Again, I don't do this for a living and I went off the price HE gave me. I didn't haggle at all. Just said ok a.d paid deposit. I wish I had a recording of the call. It's insane. Also, it looks like once he gets enough bad reviews he just changes names!!! Run, Run, Run

He told me other companies often change the price halfway through the process...well guess what SO DID HE! I was told a deposit was required of $200. Later he said the $20 was a "reservation fee". This is unjust and was not communicated in the beginning. I called him a was given a bullshit explanation and was rushed off he phone. By the end of this I ended up having to pay $950, which was $300 more than what was quoted! SCAMMER! DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST CHEAT. I wish I would've read more reviews before I chose this transport company.

The car was never picked up on time and then they call me to make me pay 625$ more than the quote they sent and the customer service is the worst I have ever experience in my entire life. I talk to Rony, George and other people (I do not even know if the names are correct) . Whenever I called to ask when my car was going to be picked up they told me they will call me back within an hour to let me know but that never happened. A week later they over charged me or I they will not give me my 200$ back. I had to pay what they asked me to get my car shipped to Miami from Boston because i was living Boston the next day and I did not have any other option. I was told over the phone the following:

1- Do not be cheap

2- Welcome to America, that is how we do business here

3- Stop wasting my time



On top of all the above, when the driver came to drop off my car he charged me 200$ extra on top of the already increased price and pay cash or he will not leave my car.



I will never recommend this people to anyone.

You're going to be quoted for something initially that sounds wonderful and you'll agree then out of nowhere they'll spike your price drastically and you'll have no other choice but to pay. Not to mention how AWFUL the customer service is. You'll be given about 2-3 different POCs and none of them will be reachable or knowledgeable about the location of your car. They work with several transport companies, so be aware that you're not just working directly with US Auto Transport LLC. I thankfully put a tracker on my car, and would recommend you do that too if you plan on using these fraudulent people to transport your vehicle. This really came in handy because days had passed from pickup, and they told me it'd be delivered in 2-3 days after pickup. They kept saying my car was "en route" but i could see that my car had been sitting in some lot in LA for days. They offer no clear communication about how the car transport business works, and I recommend you don't make the same mistake I do and do lots of research before settling on a company. If they tell you it'll take $1K to transport your car, add about $300-500 more to that and that's likely what you'll actually end up paying. Truly has been a terrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone. Only reason i'm even giving them 2 stars is because well, at least my car eventually did make it to the intended destination. Since I called out all these negative reviews to Nathan, he stated it's all just disgruntled prior employees, so let me state that I am not a prior employee and did really use this service, and this is my honest review. BEWARE!!!

TOTAL SCAMMERS! I'm gonna save you the time, money and headache. Do not use this company. I put a deposit down to move my vehicle. A price was agreed upon then the owner of the company (Ronnie) demanded $1,200 more than the agreed price once he had my vehicle. When trying to discuss why the price jumped so drastically, Ronnie proceeded to yell and get very aggressive telling me that he'll trash my vehicle if I didn't pay. Never again. I hope this company goes under. And Ronnie you're a douchebag.
