As the time they are supposed to pick up the car we they called me and claims the driver is asking for $200 more. Just 2 days ago I confirmed the final price and he gave me 3 reasons the price could change a little (we ibises by the rules anyway) and none of them of course were the driver is asking for more money.

I was told final price $500. $200 deposit $300 remain when car is dropped off that is price with a winch. get a phone call that they want more which I told Samantha Clark that no you text me $500 total amount with no hidden fees I have proof of all this she said will if you read contract it states in there prices can change and I told her I understand that but you never mentioned the $500 being a quote you told me final amount and if I would have known that the $500 was a "quote" I would have not signed the contract. even talked to supervisor he said the same thing and to reread the contract and told me to hang tight to see what he can do so we shall see.

This was an awful experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I booked a car transport over a relatively short distance (165 miles), and was given a quote that seemed reasonable and was told that it *might* be an additional $50-$100 if things get complicated, but that was unlikely. After paying the deposit, I started getting told that 'actually its going to be an additional $500 to get your car delivered.....' And then they acted like they were doing my a favor by giving me a $50 credit towards that cost.... which still brought the price to over double my initial estimate. The price came down when I kept refusing to pay over double my estimate, however it was still significantly more than I had anticipated. I asked the company to confirm the driver would take venmo (they wanted me to pay in all cash), and they said absolutely, they take venmo. The man who dropped my car off did NOT take venmo, and to his credit he was a really nice guy and he ended up downloading it so I could use it. Overall, a terrible experience: you will pay almost double what they quote you, do not trust any of their lies on the phone.

I called to get my cars schedule won 1/24/24 told a man name Peter Young about shipping my cars.

He quoted me $1650 to ship my cars on March 4th I asked him would the price change. He told me repeatedly your price will not change sir.

I called several times before March 4th to get and update that my cars will be picked up on March 4th. He said it's confirmed and on the schedule for pick up.

I went to my bank and the bank told me that this company continues to attempt charging my account rather than refunding my account. I then called "Steve" from my bank and the teller spoke to him directly explaining the issue which he denied. I then asked Steve to send me a refund check certified mail, which he said he wouldn't do. During this experience I dealt with Emma, Mike, Bruce, Mark and Steve. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM!

They will not pick up on scheduled delivery date because they don't start looking for a driver until you call them to confirm. The "agents" and "supervisors" are beyond rude and unhelpful. My vehicle was delivered with a flat tire! At pickup my tires were all in good condition and two years old. At drop off there was a giant metal piece stuck in the tire making it flat. I pointed out to the driver that the tire was flat, and that it wasn't flat at pickup. All he said to me was well it's flat now. The driver also proceeded to hold on to my keys saying he was $150 dollars short his delivery price. I do not recommend this company or Auto Fury llc in Addison, IL no one took responsibility for the flat tire on my vehicle. Huge headache run!

I was told that my deposit was non-refundable as it had already been distributed to "dispatch" and US Cargo's "commission" for attempting to find a 3rd party driver. Thanks to AMEX, nope, you don't get to keep my deposit! These folks smack of seedy tech support turned scam enterprise. May they experience 1000 flat tires!

Paid $170 deposit. They said it might go up $50-100 at most, once a driver had been secured. No more communication from them. We had to call on the scheduled pickup day to get a time. Was told 1-1:30. No show. Called again and told 3-3:30. No show. Called at 4:30 to be told they're working on it. WTH? So now we're told they've found a driver but it will be $1000 at delivery. So, we're stuck. Signed contract and deposit and too late to try another company. They picked it up the next day. it was delivered in good shape one day later than original request. We did have to drive it to the truck and my daughter had to get to the truck to pick it up, so not door-to-door. I've been searching for a reliable company to ship my car. I sent out one request for a quote on July 24 and this company was quick to give me their best price of $700. They kept in frequent contact until I answered. I happened to buy a new car within a few days, so I reached back out July 28 asking for the same location, different car thinking the car brand wouldn't matter much. The guy I was in contact with (Brian Jones) reached out with a new quote of $850 but they lied to me! See screenshots attached. I was very disappointed, he said I had requested 2 different quotes for 2 different locations when I only submitted one on the 24th. He offered to send a screenshot of the 2 quotes "I requested". Once revived, you can see that the date showed he had just added the request of the "first quote" of $700 with incorrect location to his website at the same date and time we were in contact on the 28th showing it was not my request. Very disappointed in this company, do not recommend.

I needed to get my car shipped from one state to another. I was told it would cost $400. I even did a contract for that price. Then when I call to get the driver information they had my car pick up date for a different date. Then when I told them they had the wrong date she told me it was not a problem it would be fix same price. Call the day my car was suppose to be pick up and she told me they only had 2 driver. And changed me $700. To get my car shipped and still never gave me driver info. Call them back to fine out where my car was and when it would be drop off they told me to call the drive. I informed them I never got driver information and the man hung the phone up on me. WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!

The worst service I have ever had.
1. They promised a low price, but at the end of the day, they increased it about 40% when the car is about to be shipped.
2. Once I signed the contract, they did not care about my schedule, kept not being responsive, and made me nervous by not making a pickup schedule. After making me very urgent, they gave me only one available driver with an increased fee.
3. They promised that my car will be shipped in 5 business days, but it took around a month! No compensation for a very late shipping.
4. My car got some scratches!!! They didn't take any responsibility for this. They just said it is a small thing and passed the responsibility to the driver. Come on, the driver is not contacted. Terrible driver as well.

First was quoted $800.... Then it became $1200... then it was $1300.... I was never told the $800 was an estimate. I paid a $200 deposit With a credit card, was told I could make the rest of the payment with that card... then when my car got delivered I was told cash or Zelle only. Then the agent lied and said she had told me that.
Then when car was being delivered I was told to pick it up in the bronx when I was promised door to door delivery. Then they said they would drop it off, then they said a car broke down and they would deliver it in the morning. Then the car shows up after 12pm.
I spoke with 2 supervisors who were absolutely no help. Just repeating the same thing that I need to pay the driver cash or Zelle. This has been the most stressful deal. no correct information was communicated. They said I signed a contract and I need to figure it out by myself. Horrible horrible! All my babies stuff is in the car and they will not release it until I pay cash or Zelle. This has been an exhausting experience.
