Driver Canceled

The day my vehicle was supposed to be picked up the driver canceled. Amber found me another driver the same day to pick up my vehicle. Even though I had to pay more than the original amount quoted I was still able to make my deadline and my vehicle was dropped off less than 24 hours later on 400 mile transport. Thanks Amber Lee

Bad Service

Used this service to schedule a pickup a few weeks in advance. Was contacted on the day of pickup that they were working on the other one. By the end of the day, none of their dispatchers could find a carrier, and the same issue occurred the following day. I got a quote from SGT and was luckily able to get a carrier the same day. I issued a refund, and at first, they said I couldn't get one, but the contract stated a full refund if a carrier hadn't been assigned, which they failed to get for two days already. They then turned around and said I could get a 50% refund, even though it should have been 100%, but I didn't feel like dealing with the nonsense.

Also, previously, when I first sought a quote, they kept calling/texting and pestering me every 30 minutes, even after I told them I'd get back to them with the needed information.

Overall, a very unprofessional and poor experience.

Scam company

After booking 45 days in advance still on day of pick up they said they were still workin on the load. They knew that day I was leave by a certain time . With 2 hours to go they didn't have a answer for me. Now they say violation of my contract I loose my money down. After day of arguments they sent me a refund notice . Now that won't honor it. It's only 125.00 but it's the principle. So public beware spend your hard earned money some where else

Auto transport

I was quoted $850 all inclusive to ship my daughters car. I signed a contract for $850 and put $200 down. The day the car was scheduled to be shipped these criminals pulled the bait and Switch on me. Said it's now going to be an additional $1200 or $1400 total. Noting I could do to find another carrier the day the car needed to be shipped. Signed a new contract for another $1200. When car got delivered the driver demanded $1300. Fought to get back $100. US Freight Master assured me bottom line price was $850. Lied their asses off just to hook me in. I would not use this company to shop match box cars.

Horrible Company

I was involved in an incident where a carrier’s trailer caught fire, which then spread to my truck. US Freight Master has been no help throughout this entire situation. Extremely disappointed DO NOT USE!

Bait and Switch - cost me allot more

If I could give negative stars I would. I paid an $80 deposit and was told total move of my vehicle would be $200. I would pay drive $120 when car arrived at destination. I was moving it from Indianapolis, IN to Decatur, AL.
When moving day arrived I called them and asked when they would be picking up my vehicle? In which they responded by saying oh today you need your vehicle picked up. I said yes according to the contract you sent me today. The individual told me that he had to make some phone calls and would be texting me information and not to call him again till I heard back from him. He then texted me and said that he found a transport for $450. I told him he quoted me $200 in which he said well he can’t find a vehicle transport for that amount. I was in a bind and would not be able to find another transport company in such a short notice that day and I told them to schedule the truck to pick up my vehicle that day.
The person who did pick up my vehicle transport was very professional did a great job delivering the vehicle to the destination. However, the total bill was the $450 plus the $80. I told the guy that he lied to me but he didn’t care it seems like they do this bait and switch all the time and I’ve seen other reviews about this company and they’ve done it to others. So be careful who you use.

Bait and switch

Total scam artists. I was quoted an "estimate" and the communication leading to the pickup date was ambiguously quiet. Day of with still no exact pickup time for a car to be taken across the country. Finally, pickup will be tomorrow and the price is triple what was "estimated". Triple. When I complained they did me a "favor" and brought the price down to double the original quote. If I were you, I'd go to a different company altogether. If you need to use them, plan on whatever quote they give you will triple, unless you complain and you'll pay double. This is the most unprofessional experience in my 40 years in business. Jake Snyder and Mark Weber. I'm sure this is their whole plan all along - prey upon someone's timeline. Shop elsewhere.

Shipping 2 cars from Florida

My name is Linda. and I used
US freight master as my shipping service of two cars from Florida to Pennsylvania. I was Leary about the negative reviews and I questioned them. They told me they were fake. I read reviews where people were charged or quoted a certain price and they doubled the price at drop off. I also was quoted a price and they charged me $1200 more at drop off. I saw this in another review and they told me that that was a lie that it was fake when in fact, it was not I am only staring in the facts not my opinion.. Do not use this company. They also were two days late picking up my vehicle. I only had a certain time to get the vehicles out. I lost my father and my uncle was helping me transport his vehicles from Florida to Pennsylvania. Should be an easier system to book shipping vehicles a week in advance. Not the day before call and set it up. Then it falls through. Very disappointment and will not use them again.
