UZ Auto Trans Inc.

My car has now been in their possession for 7 days. Today I was given NO eta. Meaning they have no idea when I should expect my vehicle. My car is somewhere in Kansas unlocked and again, they could care less! No ETA!



This is my second time using this company and will be my last! Their communication is awful and how are you going to keep someone's car and think, not big deal. No eta!



Use some other honest, organized and professional company. This is not it.

this is the worst company to deal with. i called and spoke to 3 different individuals at this company. all 3 were rude and unprofessional.

i called on 2 separate days and every time i got someone on the phone they seemed to not want to help or started to argue and raise their voice. i even told the last guy to "calm down" and "i am not calling to dispute or argue".

im not sure who is in charge but this company seriously needs to get some better people or train their workers in customer service skills.

if you want to argue or have somebody scream at you...give uz trans a call!

Terrible company to call if you need your vehicle to be transport . Awful person that answered the phone, I almost thought I called scammer company someone by mistake answered my call or something . Don't waist your time .

Call orange auto transport. Because of UZ auto I was able to search for more transportation companies and I found awesome orange auto transport .

Great service. Auto was picked up the next day and guy was friendly and polite. The car was loaded up and off it went to the relocation site. I'd recommend them.

I've used UZ Auto Transport twice between Phoenix and Orlando. Both times I had a great experience. Drivers I had were Michael S. and Hamma. Both were awesome, super friendly, professionals, and handled my car with care. The price was very reasonable, better than other companies. I would never use any other carrier.

Nissan 370Z transport Orlando to Phoenix.

Terrible. Damaged my car during transport. Denied the claim and became verbally aggressive when I tried to get them to account for the their actions. Outside of a lawsuit there is no way for me to get paid for the damage they did.

Delivered my car with hood damage and oil dripped all over the front-end from the car above it. They are now claiming that all of this was pre-existing damage. Stay away.
