My question is to Yelp! with all the reviewers stating the same scam tactics over and over again, why are they still posted on their platform?
I'm STILL waiting for a callback! I am missing a box and I have received someone else's, called and told them over 2 months ago. I was trying to give them information to try to get someone's family pictures back to them..still waiting! I am not even going to go into the initial service which had us wait months before they actually brought our stuff. They gave us a quote and then nickel and dimed us for more money. If you read this.. DONT USE THEM!
If I could give zero stars, I would have. This company hired an unprofessional foreman who arrived late to our pickup appointment. Well past the end of the appointment window. The movers they had hired for the job were two day laborers who, despite working hard and trying their best, were not qualified movers. This was apparent by the way they tried moving larger and heavier furniture. They obviously did not have experience using a hand truck and they did not handle my belongings in a manner that minimized damage. They also did not wrap the furniture with blankets or anything protective. Most of my pieces arrived with some sort of visible damage. The foreman also added multiple surcharges, which he did not tell me about until everything was already loaded on the truck. I had requested a next day delivery and had gone through an extensive conversation to ensure that would be the case. The truck ended up needing maintenance. He found out it needed maintenance on the way to the pick up appointment, didn't tell me it needed maintenance, loaded up all of my property, then went to the maintenance shop. It was only when I called later that in the day that I learned the next day delivery would not happen. There was no communication on their part to give me that notice and no willingness to offer any compensation for the fact that they'd failed to deliver their part of the agreement. When they finally arrived at my drop off location it was well into the evening two days after the originally scheduled drop off date and again the two laborers they had hired were not trained or skilled movers. As a result, my father and I had to move the majority of the items from the curb after they just unloaded the truck and left. This company was not professional and did not send qualified or trustworthy staff. I recommend you avoid working them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is a scam company. They will quote you a low price but on the day of your pickup they will try an increase your price double or more. This happened to us. We refused to pay. We felt like we were being extorted. We called our initial contact who must have been a broker for them and he finally was able to get them to honor our original price. This was just the beginning of our horrible experience. Their customer service is horrible to deal with. They ignore your phone calls and when they do answer they are rude and unprofessional. They would lie to us every time we called to check on the status of our delivery. We had requested a Dec 15th delivery date and we finally got our stuff delivered on Dec. 29th. By law they have 21 days of your requested delivery date to deliver to you and they push this date to the limit. Why I don't know. We received out items minus a king size mattress and 2 boxes of kitchen items. They also caused damage to some of our furniture (scratches and chips). When you try and complain they act like this is normal business and give you a link to make a claim. I do not expect to ever see my stuff again nor do I expect to be compensated.
If you use this company you will be sorry you did.
In the last 20 yr I moved close to 10 times, this is the worst experience I've ever had so far. I want to be clear from the start that YES I had more items than the inventory list . But I gave the estimate from a different city and I wasn't sure about the items. I was in southern California at that time, and gave an estimate over the phone. There was no way I would remember how many boxes or plastic pins I need. I was clear about the house size and furniture/dresser items. We tried to make it as easy as possible on the movers. We packed everything ( I mean everything) all the boxes in the garage ready to load to the truck. We emptied all dressers completely then we got charged for those extra boxes! The house was almost empty: Master room had 1 bed and 2 empty dressers, 2 bedrooms with no bed frames, just 2 twin mattresses, a living room with a couple of sofas and one big screen TV . Anyway I had all the boxes ready in the garage ready to be picked up. I paid extra for the fridge 250 anyway. At the time of move they gave me another estimate, I had no choice because the owner was waiting to pick up the key. Charged form 3800 to 5500 $ , unbelievable. After the move they arrived late, the cut back of one chair, scratched my table. But the most amazing thing is that they bent my spring queen sofa in half and wrapped it for 5 days, I have a groove in the middle of my mattress now, not sure why they did that? I am not sure but I think they subcontract and subcontract. Because the one who delivered the stuff to my new house asked for the rest of the money in cash or postal order!, and does not take credit card or other method, again not sure why? The extra charge was not justified to me. I had to agree because I had no choice and no time. Worst experience for sure.
THIS IS A SCAM. My family had agreed upon a price with them and after they loaded our belongings, they more than doubled the price. We asked them to give us our stuff back so we can switch to a different mover and they refused to drop it off. Afterwards, we decided to just pick it up ourselves and they refuse to give us the location. The location they list is not real and this whole business is a scam. For the love of God, DO NOT work with them or associate yourself with them. I am still yet to receive my belongings.
We booked Prime Relocation Services to pack and move our belongings from Murrieta, Ca to Concord, NC on 9/1/20. We had requested our delivery date to be 9/11/20 in NC. Our initial quote for a 4 bedroom home was approximately $5700. Upon arrival, the price increased to $14,299.67. We felt forced to agree due to a time line for a new job starting in NC, plus we already paid a deposit of $1,429.75 prior to the movers arrival. The movers implied we may lose some or all of the money paid already if we cancelled the move. We reluctantly agreed to the move. After the pick up they required a check for another $6000, then stated the remaining $6869.92 balance would be required at the delivery in NC. On 9/9/20, I received an email with my invoice from our move from their Customer Service manager, Felix. He also called me saying I needed to pay the remaining balance before our move could be scheduled to leave their warehouse in California. He sent me a separate email from his corporate email account giving me the account information in which to pay my remaining balance of the $6869.92 through Zelle. I let him know I would need to break it up into 2 payments because the max transfer amount is $3500. I then transferred $3500 on 9/9/20, then I sent the remaining $3369.92 on 9/10/20. On 9/16/20, a representative from Prime Relocation Services named Brenda called me asking for payment of $6869.92, which I had made on 9/9/20 and 9/10/20 to their Zelle account. She asked me to send proof and I sent her screen shots of my Zelle transfers. She thanked me and said she'll get back to me. I asked about my items which we had expected a week ago at this point. She said she had no information on scheduling yet. She called me back on the same day, 9/16/20, to let me know they have fired Felix that same day due to fraud. Felix was the representative that accepted our $6869.92 payment on 9/9 and 9/10. She stated the account information for the Zelle transfer Felix gave me might have been his own personal account. She asked me to call my bank to see if I can recover the payment, which I did the same day, but my bank said it is not guaranteed and the claim could take up to 45 days to process. I called Brenda back to let her know that I will need to wait up to 45 days to hear back from the claim and she told me that they can't schedule for my belongings to be delivered until they receive another payment of $6869.92. They are planning on holding my belongings until I come up with another $6869.92 which I have already paid. My 4 children age 11, 9, 6 and 3, my wife and I are living with only the items we brought in a car and an SUV since 9/1/20 and they are threatening to not deliver our stuff if we don't pay again. Today is 9/23/20 and we still sit here with no belongings in an empty house with this company holding our stuff hostage.
Do not use this company. Misleading sales tactics, zero communication once you pay your downpayment, increased charges at time of service. They say they're the home of the "fixed rate quote". My rate increase by 40% after I diligently went through my home with a tape measurer for the estimate. This is a SCAM and many other reviews will tell the same story as me. Don't make the same mistake I did, research well.
They tell you one thing when their small print says another. They rely on you not reading it.
This is a terrible car shipping . They stole my 200 then didnt do any service . Please avoid this place ! They keep promise to pick up my car and didnt reach back to me until im tired of their work . I called them to cancel . They dont want me to cancel , keep saying my driver will come . Then threaten me about sue me to break the contract . They didnt give any service to me and never respond to my text and calls. Later a week they said they have a driver . That time i already have another service. They was keep calling me. Now they took my $200 , But didnt do anything . How come they can take people money by not doing service ! That is stealing from people . Give me back my 200 . This is horrible place i ever had before .

Karen Cohen, is apparently a manager at this place. She is very rude and disrespectful. I was initially told no such thing as guaranteed or rush delivery was available for my route and destination. She argues over you and implies you are an idiot for not reading the contract. They love lying to you and taking your deposit. They say standard service is within 10days but they conveniently tell you on the phone no worries we promise it will get picked up on the day you wanted. They are thieves and liars. If I had the option for guaranteed pickup or rush delivery I would have done it initially. Now it's 4 days prior to the move and the weekend with problems of not getting my car at the new location.

Highly do not recommend this place!! My vehicle was supposed to be picked up on June 17th and they didn't pick it up until June 29th! Over 2 weeks late. Do not use this company. They also told me the total cost was going to be $550 and then when it was delivered they said owe them $700 instead!

I am so angry right now. Several weeks ago I made an appointment for a truck to be moved from Washington to Montana. After making a $150.00 deposit, they sent me the contract. Nothing said about the contract before. The contract states the vehicle would be picked up within 10-15 days of the appointment date and the driver could eventually ask for more money. That's not the way I work. I have cancelled the appointment I hope. I have made repeated calls for my deposit refund. I spoke with Karen Cohen one time. She was polite for that first call and has ignored me since. I call and just get transferred to voice mail. I called several times today and was trying to tell someone my story and got accused of yelling which of course turned me into a yeller and I hung up. That person then made repeated calls to my phone until I could block the calls. This is horrible treatment. I would hate to think if I would have followed through with this, how much this would have cost. It's a lot of work and worry trying to relocate without having these crooks and cheats causing problems. My next stop is the BBB in Florida.

Told me a round trip would be 1,200 then it changed to 1,600 when it was time to bring my car back. I called and called to change the date to bring my car back with no return call. Then they text me 2 days before regular date saying they never got any calls. I had to use a different company to get my car back in time. Then for an extra kick in the head they charge my credit card $250 for nothing. Saying breach of contract. I tried the BBB but they are so good at dealing with them. Xtreme did an awesome job delivering my car. Prompt service with excellent pickup and delivery of my car. I had my car picked up from my mom's house in Michigan then delivered to my house in Florida. The driver was very nice. His name was Mic i believe. Anyways, they saved me the long drive back plus the miles on my car. The money was worth it plus Xtreme was super low priced. Very nice people here. Thank you for everything. I could not have asked for more!

After much research, I used Xtreme Relocation to ship my car. Having never shipped a car before they were very helpful in guiding me through the process. Anthony (driver) was phenomenal - the epitome of professional. He kept me up to date, was communicative and delivered my car on-time and in good condition. I knew after my first phone conversation with Anthony that my car would be in good hands. It was nice to feel that ease during what can be a stressful transition. I would definitely work with Xtreme Relocation again and I'm grateful to Xtreme Relocation for securing an A+ carrier who truly cared about the job.

It was a pretty horrible experience with your company.
First, I was given a wrong estimate. I was told it will be 624CF and then on the day of the move even after I reduced items I was charged for 800CF. I definitely saw that the mover guys had left out space at the back and when I questioned it, I was told no box would fit in there. But when my things arrived, it didn't even look like it actually took space of 800CF.
Also, I was told packing of china will be bubble wrap but when the movers and packers showed up they would not use bubble wrap because its so "expensive" even though I was charged for that. And when I said that will not do, I was asked to pack myself and they will come back to pick another day. And then they tried to charge me $150 for revisit. When I refused to pay, my all communication with the rep stopped and I was pretty much on my own. After which the guys conned me completely.
Then on the day of delivery, I was charged extra 300$ for the long haul, but he wouldn't give me actual calculations. I am pretty sure I was conned on that too.
Just a very very horrible experience!!! I will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone!

Then she calls later in the day at like 4pm saying she has a truck that can come by in an hour. I had an appointment that day and the car was supposed to be picked up the following day. No! Even better, these guys made the entire process stress-free and easy, AND I got my car in 3 days! The driver was a complete gentleman. Avoid these XTreme losers and go to Nationwide Transport. Those guys rock!

She was very honest and patient, answered all my questions. An hour later after our first phone conversation, they found a carrier and driver that would come to pick up my car within 3 hours! We met the driver in a nearby Walmart's parking lot. David was a very impressive young guy, polite, focused and energetic. 10 days later, we had our car! The whole thing had been very efficient and pleasant! I would recommend Xtreme Relocation and Geneva.

I was very open as to the pick-up day but was VERY persistent as to the delivery date (Sept 10). I had numerous conversations about the importance of the delivery date. Why? Because my wife and I took vacation to help my daughters move in on Sept. 10. I was assured the truck would arrive on time. After the pick-up came and I had to pay 1/2 the $ down, I was then informed that the truck would be delivered within 30 days of 1st available date (Sept 10). The truck showed up over 2 weeks later. My daughters had no furniture, clothes, anything for 2 ull weeks in a new home. And they could care less. They did not care about what we agreed to. They said they offered a "guaranteed" delivery date for an additional cost. I assure you that never was offered. I asked them to review the phone call(s), they said they would and call me back. Guess what, I never got the return phone call. Also, I received no call/email until late the night before to let me know the driver would be coming to pickup. I'm sure that's why they only take cash or bank check for payment. Probably afraid that payments wouldn't be paid after their terrible service. The quick response and scheduling was very appreciated ..They are not the cheapest out there, but I was not looking for the lowest price as you get what you paid for. The driver was amazing !! He was very professional , courteous and patient .. his skill at loading my two trucks and delivering them so quickly and exactly where I wanted them ... I would definitely use your services and refer your company to anyone ..

He was very professional , courteous and patient .. his skill at loading my two trucks and delivering them so quickly and exactly where I wanted them ... I would definitely use your services and refer your company to anyone ..

Monday I asked for a Tuesday pickup in Ohio, Thursday it was delivered in Florida at nearly half the price of the majority of my estimates.In fact my 2017 Mustang GT Convertible arrived at my home in Florida, from Ohio, quicker than most estimates arrived via email !!

I originally spoke to Geneva to arrange pick up of my daughters car to be delivered to her at college. We discussed and went over pricing and the process of how transporting a car works. I expressed to her that I wanted the car delivered during the time I would be in town which I was one week after this initial call and the car was ready for pick up immediately. She said that would be no problem. When I made my decision (now regretfully) I contacted Geneva and left a message. Stewart called back. When we spoke I reiterated the importance of the car being delivered while I was in town. And he ensured me that the car would be delivered on that following Thursday of Friday. He also said he would put earliest Day of pick up in the 14th since it was a short trip this would help to ensure the requested delivery days. I paid my deposit on this day the 9th of August. On August 14th day before expected delivery I contacted Stewart for an update who immediately transferred me to Karen. This is when the entire dynamics of the pleasantry changed. She stated complete opposite of what Stewart had promised and began to refer to the contract. The contract states the car would be picked up within 10 business days of cars first available Day to be ready for pick up. This is the 15th which is the suggested date that Stewart suggested during our original phone call. The car was READY on the 9th! Okay but it was in the contract 10 business days not happy that the car would not arrive while I was there we went along with waiting for the 10 business days. Never contacted me so I contacted Karen during this waiting period. Expressing my frustration with their business practices she came back the following day August 17th with a possible available driver for an additional $225!!!!! Of course I declined. So at this point inaccurate pickup and delivery and large increase in pricing for a LATER pickup. On the 21st she called and said a driver could pick up the car for an additional $100 in 20-30 minutes?? No to any additional monies and she and Stewart said there would be a 4-6 hour window whenever a driver was found to arrange exchange of the pickup. Karen stated the car had to be ready and we have to be willing to leave the car and keys for "whenever" a driver comes. So for 21 days (possibly more) leave a car parked unlocked with the keys in it until we find a driver????? Needless to say the car as of today the 11th day based on the contract 21st day since contracted still has not been picked up nor scheduled for pickup. Since last week Thursday they would not return any calls or texts. So I had someone call from a different number and state YES THEY ANSWERED!!! Karen answered and when asked the status she immediately transferred the call to Kelsey. Rude rude rude and very nasty in her responses that still didn't answer the question a delivery date? So I then called back no answer then called on a conference call and got an immediate answer. But quickly transferred to Kelsey. Immediately she was irate, loud and annoyingly rude. Not an ounce of professionalism. She went into such an obnoxious rant that I barely could understand what she was saying. I announced I would begin taping this call her response was " good so am I" but she continued her rant not a bit concern of how her work ethic would be later displayed. She told me they were having trouble finding a driver and asked if I would meet them in Traverse City, about 30 miles from my home. I agreed and that was the last I heard from them. I called and emailed with no reply until 12-5 and by then I was out of Mi.
I was too trusting and stupid to catch the 12-1 error? I believe these people are deceitful and deceptive. Be careful of doing business with them.

3. Pricing: The company misrepresented the pricing of items and did not communicate that with me as their customer. I felt like there were way too many "surprise" fees, and it would have been much more affordable for me to go through another company or for me to find some folks to drive a budget truck 1400 miles as opposed to going through the headache that was this company. My quoted price for everything was $1500, yet I spent more than $4,000 because of Xtreme's hidden fees and blatant lies about being able to have a payment plan.

Guess what, this company doesn't have any contracts with carriers and doesn't own any trucks, what they do just sale to you an air, after they got you under contract, they will put your order to load board for extremely low price that 99% of Carriers whould not even look at that, and you end up waiting for over weeks weeks and weeks.
Another trick what they practice a lot is that they post higher price on load board in order to interest carriers to move your vehicle. When carrier is picked up an order from load board and assigned to move your vehicle, that's where the game is started, xtreme will get their money first and than start negotiating on the price with a carrier trying to bring price down, down and down what makes 99% of the trusted carriers drop this order and get away from this company.
Another trick that company uses, is that they will tell carrier one price and different price to the client in order to get their vehicle moving. That's why in a lot of cases we can hear Broker told us a different price. And in 100% cases Broker got what ever they charged and carrier get paid what ever price they got this order for from loadboard. And client got very upset and confused.
Please to avoid that situation take your time to read contract carefully and make sure you will understand every word on there.

I received emails and text messages from an individual named " Geneva" promised that i will get my vehicle within two weeks with the price of $825 after the discount. even though I did not want to believe whatever she promised I still after several text and email communications, decided to go with them. First before assigning any driver I was asking for the type of payment to reserve the delivery date. This company first asks for $200 downpayment and will tell you that you will pay the remaining money to the driver while you receive your vehicle. I signed the contact of August 27.. as soon as i submitted the docsign I haven't heard from Geneva. Karen who is the owner of the company emailed me and appreciated my business with them. I was scheduled on September 4th to pick up my vehicle, but I after several attempts to reach Karen out I was told they are waiting for the drivers. Due to the Hurricane in EastCoast everyone had to evacuate the city and I informed Karen that the person who is releasing my vehicle will not be available until September 18 and I was also told that they will notify me at least 24 to 48 hours of picking up for vehicle but right after hurricane on September 14 Karen called and texted me that they have a driver ready to pickup my car in 30 minutes. As soon as i said there is none to release my vehicle she disappeared on me for two weeks and finally raised the price otherwise i had to wait for ever until they find a driver with the price i signed the contract. I had great service with a car relocation from LA to Boston. The team was ontime for the pickup and drop off and there was no additional charges.
They kept us inform for the entire process and also checked in afterwards. Karen the GM was very easy to work with and also provided suggestions on other moving related items. Recommended.
I had great service with a car relocation from LA to Boston. The team was ontime for the pickup and drop off and there was no additional charges.
They kept us inform for the entire process and also checked in afterwards. Karen the GM was very easy to work with and also provided suggestions on other moving related items. Recommended.
please do not do any business with this company. stuart reached out to us after putting a request in online and qutoed us a good rate of $1500 for 2 cars. after we gave the deposit of $350 to lock in the job we never heard from stuart again. after receiving the $350 deposit stuart sent us a contract to sign and agree to. after reading the contract we were not pleased with what we read and decided that we would go with another company. we then tried to reach out to stuart to get a refund and he never answered, so we decided to text him. his response was that he should be given the opportunity to explain things in the contract before we get a refund. we explained that unless he was willing to revise the contract there was nothing to talk about. his response was that he does not deal with refunds and to contact general manager karen. after he provided her number we called the office and asked to speak with her. she asked us to explain our concern which we did and then she said she completely understood and directed us to respond to the email with the contract and request a refund, which we would receive within 24-48 hrs. we did that and followed-up the next day because we wanted to make sure they received our refund request. its been 11 days and we still can't get in touch with them. we called, we texted and no response. we emailed the company several times and nothing. in total we left 4 voicemails and sent 5 emails and no response. we never got our money back which makes them thieves. i really hope this company goes under. we had to call our bank and issued a fraud alert which is now pending investigation. moral of this story, do not send any money to these guys without reading the contract first and do not pay any money to companies that require a deposit before finding you a truck.

This was the first time I transported a vehicle across country - admittedly nervous, but from start to finish the service was great. From the rep over the phone that answered all of my questions to the driver that was professional and polite. Phenomenal job!! I will definitely use this company again

They deceive you with the quote, giving you a very low quote and when the time comes to pick up the car, they came up with the excuse that it was my fault and that the cost was much higher because I had booked with another broker, which was not true. I had given them a deposit of $200 which they claimed that they are going to take from me. I called my credit card company and stopped the payment but they claim they're going to keep it; we'll see. Never use them.

stop your search ....you got to the right company. reliable, efficient and very reasonable . i was so relived that i made the right choice of going with them. my custom made ford explorer sport ,special edition got to me to ca within 5 days .the driver kept communicating with me to keep me in the know and christine from the office was there supporting my need for assurance all the way.

I would not do business with them again. They where not able to do the job they were contracted for. We wanted a car moved from Ohio to Iowa. Jerry the sales person said they would have it scheduled in 24 - 48 hours that was 12/28/16. they had not found a carrier by 1/6/17 and they had no idea when they would have a carrier. They also did not return phone calls. All contact had to be initiated by me. After calling everyday I had to find a broker that could get the job completed. I also had to call my credit card company to cancel the $200 charge to my credit card. My advice is not to use a company that wants money in advance of securing a carrier.
