While this is not my first time (I used them in November 2020 from CA to VA and it was amazing) using Yellowfin logistics to handle my shipping needs. This will be my first time leaving a review for my use June 2023 and October 2023. Athena is who helped me coordinate the shipping of my vehicle from NY to CA and was extremely thorough, communicative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even when I had what I felt like were a lot of questions she was always extremely responsive, never making me feel ignorant, or like I was a bother. She also helped me coordinate the shipping of my husband's vehicle from NY to CA shortly after. For both vehicles on separate occasions, she was able to help obtain carriers and negotiate an affordable rate for a literal cross country shipping for both vehicles being picked up earlier than expected and then dropped off earlier than expected. I will always use Yellowfin logistics for any vehicle shipping needs.

Communication was exceptional, which was a very big thing for me. From Tianna, to the Carrier company TGS Carriers LLC, to the very skilled driver Arturas. I was very impressed. I need to ship my car from WA to CA, was delivered in a couple of days, door to door, for a decent price.

BUT, Yellowfin took accountability and immediately refunded my deposit; not having to fuss, fight and spend a whole day trying to get anything customer focused in this business after the money is paid is so rare in the world of car transporting. Even with this experience I'd consider using in the future

I got a fair quote from Yellowfin, and their representative Danielle communicated with me well. she was able to find a driver that could pick my car up the next morning. the driver also communicated well, and delivered the car a day early. very happy with the service, and would use Yellowfin again.

Only once did customer service reach out to let me know the status of the truck, otherwise I had to reach out to them, where I only received below satisfactory, vague answers as I got passed between employee to employee. Once they were able to pick up my car, I was given a one hour time frame for pick up, and the driver was 20 minutes beyond that one hour timeframe. Next, I was told that it would be dropped off yesterday, but now I'm being told it won't arrive until tomorrow- a full 48 hours after when it was supposed to arrive, a full week and a half after it was originally supposed to arrive before the delay. No one has reached out to me with updates, besides me demanding them on my own behalf. The lack of consistent and clear communication is appalling. I understand that this industry is not very consistent with timing, but the lack of communication has been really disappointing. One other time I used a different company to ship my car on the same route, and I regret not using them again.

I had an extremely bad experience. They confirmed pick up of the car on Friday evening. Kept delaying pick up every few hours till Wednesday with no clear answer. Extremely poor communication. No one at Yellowfin would give a clear answer. Increased price by $300 dollars after initial quote. Never go with this company if you want peace of mind and clarity that your car will be picked up.

I have shipped a few vehicles in and out of the US over the past four decades. To date, it's always been a challenge and something wasn't correct in the process. In sum, I had zero challenges with Tianna at the helm.

Tianna, you are a gem and simply awesome! You should be Yellowfin's GM tbh.

After working with Tianna, I will not consider working with anyone else. She is on point and has a meticulous attention to detail you will not find anywhere else. James with Yellowfin was awesome! I was totally worried about getting scammed or transporter increasing the price when the car was delivered as i had read about. James assured me that would not hapoen. He not only got my car picked up and delivered early, he got it done for just under my budget. He went above and beyond what i expected. I would not deal with anyine but James at Yellowfin. He actually cares and does not feed you BS. My car arrived early and in the exact condition it left. The transporter Eduardo was awesome and professional. I paid for open trailer transport and he shipped it in an enclosed trailer at no extra charge. If your nervous about shipoing your car and getting ripoed off, dont be with Yellowfin. i have to say they were great. James was the best.

From initial contact to pickup of the car took only a few hours given availability of the driver. I worked with Tianna and she was able to line everything up with the seller and myself very efficiently. Delivery was smooth as well on my end. They were very competitive in their fee and were very easy to work with.

I had just purchased my dream car, a Porsche 997.2 from a seller in California. Wanting to get it from LA to north of Seattle, I tried several other shipping companies who were rude, shady or just undesirable.
