I had a bad experience with SGT. Overall they had poor commuication, bad customer services and didn't stick to their quoted price and pickup and delivery dates.

The issuance refused to take action even if the damage was reported right away to you from the start. I don't know why would I trust your company anymore since your agent told me there is nothing you could do in this situation. He did not even try to negotiate with the carrier company again.

Marie Cortelezzi with Autostar Transport Express refused to reimburse after she conveyed 3 days on a pickup. All around one of the worse enclosed car haulers out there. Some Good drivers but management needs help. Damage claims are generally discarded unless they are forced. It generally takes some kind of legal action.

Absolutley horrendous company. Rigo from PL came and dripped water from my old dishwasher across my living room, family room and hallway, despite being warned that water was dripping.
