Everything was set up as described. This partial was set up as Cash On Delivery (COD). I've had some real disasters in this area but I just always believe that everyone should get a chance. BUT this was NOT one of those.

Please do not ship your vehicle with this company. They are great at pulling off scams. Charging you CC multiple times
