just to avoid this company at all cost!!! Spent extra cost due to delay, and had an agreement on the refund but never got the money. The representatives seems purposely ignore the the call when regarding the refund.

Don't call this guy CARLOS complete thief charges deposit without having the carriers/services, he is not suppose to charge deposit without having a complete service and takes forever to work with him.
