Aggressively called me until I booked and then I was never able to get in contact with them again. Luckily I got the phone number of the shipper and the third-party did a good job delivering my car but I would definitely not book with roadrunner again

They missed pick up by 3 weeks forcing me to use a rental car in my new town while waiting for my car. They left mud all over the driver's seat and doors and wheel. They delivered the car with 2 flat tires from sidewall damage (not repairable)...

Not just any driver, one that doesn't have a BOL, arrives a day late without any communication, and picked up a car that was supposed to...
