This as my first experience having a car shipped and I wouldn't do it again.

Agent lied thru her teeth,they have no regard for customer service and driver couldn't speak a word of English. Lesson learned the hard way

They gave me a low quote to lock me in then raise price to make more money not fare on my half...i know its a business but dont say a price then go saying there not bitting on price need more to make a pick up ...

No follow up from then after the car was picked up. If yiu czn bill direct with the shipper u will save about 400.00. I consider goin thru these third party companies a rip off

Wouldn't use them again, they really don't bring anything to the table other than making a few phone calls for you. Contact a transporter on your own.
