This as my first experience having a car shipped and I wouldn't do it again.

Agent lied thru her teeth,they have no regard for customer service and driver couldn't speak a word of English. Lesson learned the hard way

They delivered my car within the frame period of 5days. Was happy nothing happened to my car on the way from a long ride.

I was 4 hrs from home. My vehicle was totaled. Stuck in a hotel and had no support from my insurance. I'm frustrated and Pissed to put it mildly. I called one company. They gave me quotes that changed, pickup times that changed. And told me I couldn't call anyone else. ?? I was even more upset now. ...

Comment to my previous review and your statement that is nearly identical in your response to reviews like mine.

There is no action to take as you obviously are running your company with no changes no matter how many one star or less( if that was possible).
