Horrible company, first off they messed up the pick up date, by 2 days. I had to say in a hotel for 2 extra days at my own cost. When my car arrived my license plates were missing.
Only good thing was the driver he was very nice, Helen was nasty and gave no apology.

Do NOT recommend. This company makes assurances for pickup windows that they know that they are unable to honor and then blame it on their drivers. Very poor communication, had to call several times and try different numbers to get a hold of someone to get the status of our shipment. Wish I had read...

This is a scam company they rob your money. Be careful with Erica never respond or return any phone calls. In addition she give the name of the driver "Alexis" that driver tells you " I CANNOT TALK BUT HE CAN TEXT" never pick up my vehicle. And this company rob me 785.00.

Pretty much the other reviews sums it up. American Auto Transport uses the worse shipping companies for example SDM Transport. They will not pick up your phone calls once you made the deposit and if you have problems with the shipping company that is transporting your vehicle, don't even bother call...

This guy was suppose to transport my car to Atlanta. Instead, I found him driving my car around Los Angeles. I recommend people write down the mileage to discourage the driver from driving your car.

Do NOT do business with this company! Promised to pay the driver within 2 days of delivery of the vehicle and still has never paid. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Exhausting! There are far too many other reputable companies to transport your vehicle!!!
