A1 Auto Transport will send spammy texts and calls which is not good.

This is a zero star review. I'd give it negative stars if I can.
Firstly, they ask for a card on file. FIRST RED FLAG - NEVER GIVE YOUR CARD INFO. This is not actually required. I suspect ADAT does this so that they can keep the loading fee/security deposit that they charge essentially right away....

After quoting a price to me, shocker it increased. I decided to fly up and drive my car home, and the person representing them sent me some "lovely" messages because I didn't use them. Wtf. "These people are 100% fraudulent SCAM ARTISTS. Just as EVERY other review states". that's completely true. They get the money from the customer and keep it, never pay for our trip.

Paid a deposit in the amount of $100.00 with a pick up charge of $200.00. The pick up charge was a scam. The pick up charge was changed to $450.00.

The company should not be in business, I am sure I am not the only person getting scam. How such a company can be in business????

My car was in tenneessee for two weeks. they took my $270 and never provided a service. Never followed up. I had to keep calling them and they never did get my car. I had to dispute the charge to get my $270 back. Very poor customer service. I would NOT RECOMMEND!
