Agents are so rude and aggressive. Mostly Donny is the worst. I think his executives must take action on him because of his worst manner. I'm done, stressed enough to start my day. I think he is not allowed to say idiot to me, I've never said anything wrong to him.

Would not recommend, I wish I took the time to read the reviews. If you do not follow up with them, no one will get back to you. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. So much miscommunication between their team and the company takes zero responsibility for their neglect.

I would not recommend this company. They do not vet the companies transporting your vehicle. They took my car and the company that picked it up basically disappeared with no contact. For three days I didn't know where my car was until we had to threaten to call the cops on them if they didn't follow...

Do not use this company. I had the same experience as the other reviewers. Quoted a price, signed a contract, increased the price the day of pick up.
Their contracts are meaningless. I requested a same day pick up and delivery, but they scheduled the pickup between 4-5pm!

They took a quote request only and listed my car without even talking to me. I had to call them back several times to have them remove it so the company I chose to work with could get my car transport listed and filled.

I had lots of trouble finding a good company to move a truck from state to state. Tari from Edge reached out to me and said she could handle it after I was upset with the first company...I would recommend this company for moving any vehicles you have they are quick and honest.
