These people are the worst, honestly. I used them once, they were communicative, affordable, and on time. However, the second time I used them, they couldn't even tell me WHERE MY CAR WAS. You're the shipper, how can you not know where your cargo is?!

We booked a load with them from NY to IL , were supposed to get a pick up information, they kept telling us they're about to send it, that broker is in a meeting, that then he had some family issues etc bs ! Wasted a day ! Never will do business again...
