this is a fraud company!! stay away!! do not hire!!! lisa kept promising a carrier and never found one. do not hire stay away. they are not a direct shipper. tm shipping is a broker. they signed a contract but did not fulfill it. they have not answered any of my emails, calls, dms or texts. they did...

So i ended up on the phone with the supervisor. My connection was bad so i asked him to talk slower so i could catch everything. He told me to listen faster. He kept cutting me off and just wanted to argue. . .which i was happy to do but then it just got old.

He didnt even have my buisness yet. ...

My question is to Yelp! with all the reviewers stating the same scam tactics over and over again, why are they still posted on their platform?

dont return phone calls and hire sub contractors that damage your car!!

No driver for 3 days, then truck stuck 1/3 through trip for 2 days, car finally arrived one week beyond estimate. Customer rep said to read the fine print that says any delivery date is OK, despite initial reassuring estimates.

I am a car dealer in Kentucky. Booked van ship from Virginia to Kentucky.
Signed contract for 620. Paid 200 down.. Got phone call day was to pick up van and told would cost another 260. I refused. IN PROCESS OF disputing charge.. they are scammers

Stay away poor communication from this company won't return calls after waiting a week they show up without a notice ...to bad I already had it shipped out with another company who come picked it up the say stay away from this company unprofessional compay

Where to begin?
1. Auto Tracking - No there isn't. Just a webpage updated 24 hours after the fact.

2. Web-based customer service chats - Not available EVER!

3. Customer Service agents - rarely get through and limited efforts once you do get through.

4. My transport driver lost the key ...

I don't believe these reviews for one minute. I've been dealing with your company for over a week and what started out as "sign this contract for a $300 charge" has turned into "you have to pay $450 because that's all we can do, or pay a $200 cancelation fee." This company doesn't honor the contract...

This is a fake operation and would not trust them at all. Just Google their address and you will see it is a residential development area where the house is not even built! They have a call center in India, and only thing they offer is ridiculously low prices to drive prices down and then scam their...
