Completely dishonest and unprofessional. I was booked on a load for them and was given wrong information, come to find out I was second carrier sent to this vehicle with the same bad information. When requesting a customary show up fee the lies, then rudeness jumped into high gear

I was contacted by the company and given a quote. I kindly told the person who called that I had received another quote. He called me a fucking idiot and hung up the phone.this is extremely unprofessional behavior and I am thankful that I did not ship my car with this service

These people are the worst, honestly. I used them once, they were communicative, affordable, and on time. However, the second time I used them, they couldn't even tell me WHERE MY CAR WAS. You're the shipper, how can you not know where your cargo is?!
