Really snotty people. Very rude and arrogant. I didn't go with the company due to other reviews I saw on the Internet from customers.

As a courtesy I emailed them to inform them that I went with another company so they wouldn't waste their time with future calls and emails.

I told the dispatch agent, Jason, on FRIDAY I need my scooter sent to me by Monday. He said "no problem from $250 we can get it out today, or tomorrow and in a worst case scenario on Monday." I said great, signed a contract for $250 with delivery latest Monday.

If i could give less then a star i would.They took my order, I have given plenty of time for collection(more then 7-10 day) and the answer was always different.
They had 3 drivers and then now and then they can not find a driver...etc
They communicate by text only..but finally one time i got him...

This company is a joke. Unreliable and conveniently doesn't answer your phone calls when it comes around time to ship your vehicle.
