Rating should be a zero. They ripped me off. THEY cancelled, provided no service and kept my deposit. Kept my deposit after telling me in an email that they would refund it to me in 3-5 business day. That was 2 months ago and they've ignored communications from me. Stay away from these people

Scott was the guy helping me set a shipping date for my car from New York to Chicago. Unfortunately on the day before shipment, he never contacted me so I called and found out that no one could come and ship my car. Waste of time and now I have to find another way to bring my vehicle back home.

All around not recommended. Tried using them twice. Super slow and not very knowledgeable in my opinion. They ended up costing my a lot of time and money that could've been avoided if they did their job.

Their are other companies out there choose someone else. This company is very deceptive and makes you think they have a fleet of drivers, but in fact they just pull from the same pool of drivers that the rest of the brokers do. Asked for a quote. I have received TONS of emails after I told them I found a different shipper. My car is already in a different state and still more emails.
Be warned- if you ask for a quote your email will be TRASHED with emails. Borderline harassment full blown poor customer service.
