I was referred to Chips transport by Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS) through a local dealer, Baystate Ford. I found out after 10+ days that DAS was not at all dependable, however I found the communication and business practices of Chip's transport to be nothing short of theft.

These people are thieves. They don't pay the driver, they are brokers, do not deal with this company. They blame everything on the driver's, and have a company policy that takes money from drivers saying, "they did not do their due diligence". Worst service ever. WORST! They picked up my car from Dallas to be delivered in LA. It took them 7 days to deliver it. And the worst part is that they lied each day about the expected delivery day. DONT DO IT!!! Terrible service! The initially contact to obtain my business was good but after I paid, never heard from them again. Car was picked up late, almost 2 weeks in transit and no one ever called or returned my calls. Bad...poor customer service!
