I can NOT recommend this company. Poor communication and bait and switch tactics. It took 19 days from accepting the estimate with their preferred priority rate ("1-3 days for the vehicle to be picked up") to receive the vehicle from Michigan to California.

This company ruined my day and made me take a tylenol.

After waiting 2 weeks for a simple Lowes dishwasher install, they did not show and I invested 2 hours getting someone on the phone. They had not explanation and pushed my install date back 3 weeks.

Made contact to transport a car back east. Got a quote and agreed to the price. All communication was done over text messages which I did not like. A day before pickup I got a text saying the price is higher because of the driver they hired. Reading the reviews, I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me...

We just just used Montway Auto to ship a car feon NJ to CA and had a mixed experience.

Pros- They delivered our car in perfect condition and the price did not change from their original quote.

Cons- They missed their original 5 day pickup window, missed their 5 day drop off window. then miss...
