I was quoted a different price than charged. Car wasn't picked up on the day I was told it'll be picked up, they didn't know who picked up my car and car wasn't delivered the day it was supposed to be delivered..

They do not care about you or your vehicle. Once they get the deposit, they pass you to a piss poor transporter and wipe their hands clean of any responsibility to you or your vehicle.
