This company is a broker and they will go with the cheapest price they can get .. they damaged my vehicle and refused to accept fault .. Don't make the mistake of using a broker go direct with a company that has a good reputation its well worth it this company is a JOKE

Timely pick up & timely delivery. The only hiccup was that I called to reserve 2 weeks before I was quoted 550. The day they dispatched (3 days before the actual move) the price changed to 625.

This people really suck! They are sweet talkers but when it comes to actually doing their job they are horrible, there is not team communication at all.
I will never use them ever again!
And if you are trying to ship your vehicle, go straight to the shippers.

Do NOT make the HUGE mistake to hire this company to transport your car. Anywhere! Not even for 1/2 a mile. I was fooled to use them to transport my car from Florida to Texas and what a great regret. A few points:

I contracted TCI, because they had great ratings and their bid was higher most -- so I ( wrongly) assumed I'd get higher-tier service.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Do not use Fleet Express! They promised me my car on Saturday morning and it didn't arrive until Monday morning at 7am. They didn't return phone calls or texts all weekend lending to a highly stressful situation. I was waiting around all weekend for my car to arrive in L....
