Interbay Transport is the most incompetent and inconsiderate company we have dealt with. They were supposed to deliver my car yesterday and we are still waiting for it. Lisa in the Seattle office is of no help and the car driver that is transporting our car is rude and even threatened to not deliver...

Hawaii Car Transport did an awesome job, from setting up the day of ship out to the day of delivery!!! I plan on using them again in a few years when it comes time for us to leave the island!!!

Concur with previous unhappy reviews. Randy doesn't return calls. He doesn't track his drivers either so don't try to find out anything from him. We were told a week or less and after 12 days we had to drive to get our cars. Really horrible experience!
